I've never had them come out of my mouth, but when I first got this at one point I had them choking me sooo bad.

I would take the yellow Listerine. Only the yellow worked. And gargle w that. It would take out these filigree looking ones - kind of like that star cluster shape. Otherwise I could feel them bearing down on my throat and hardening. It was hurting my chest and choking me.

So, for some people maybe they can also try the yellow Listerine in addition to the things you mentioned above.

YES I feel like that most of the time as if i m choking , aloe vera is antifungal and anti parasitic but i tried other types and they would not pull out anything only cranberry type - the thing about it is that u can swallow it further but listerine is just for gargle
it is awful it is as if they eat your gums and throat and eyes and the rest...

just to add .. even if u add some more antifungals to it such as few drops of clove oil , lime, lemon, and GSE works even better -- first day when I did it I was shocked by how much came out of my throat I could breathe normally for a day

Dzana, when you say "aloe vera w cranberry" are you saying you mix it yourself or are you talking about a certain pre-made drink or supplement you buy? If it is pre-made can you please tell us the brand and the name of it.

I don't have that problem going on any longer. But maybe I should try it with your drink too just in case. I dont feel the choking or anything now. But I am trying everythign I can think of to make sure every last thing is gone! Maybe there is still stuff in there. Mabye I should try it on my scalp too, to see if anything will come out from that area too.

ah nonsense, I think I m gonna die quicker from experiments, I woulld rather be sitting in sauna and following professional advice as u do - well I m currently folllowing Jo's advice but I m loaded with MORGS it will take time and time to get better if I ever get better..only God knows how each body deals with these nasties. I do not like being negative but u know it is so disabling to the point of shutting down
Holland and Barrats aloe vera juice half price now - it does not work on my scalp or skin I tried it only helps mouth, throat and digestion in my case cools me down a bit, also i do not see any fibers or such in my urine after drinkiing it so i do not know i cant tell what happens once the aloe vera push them down .. prolly thye get stuck in colon with the rest of the "family" and then they have a party in there

wow, that is very weird it works so well internally. I would like to try it too. Hopefully, they have it at the local vitamin store here.

And, dont think I am so great at following pro "advice." I've never seen Dr. S. I only got the sauna. But I have come to an opinion myself about how to get 100% better. It is super hard w/out real professional help, but I think my plan might work.

The thing is, even when one of us look OK, the "stuff" are still in there attacking the body. It is super urgent to get it all out, especially the deep parts not known about, and even the latent parts. No matter what this is, I noticed one thing in common with MOST of the methods that work and that is the detoxing. If you can't afford a sauna, try long salt baths. Put Dr. Bronner's in the water too. That is what I did at first and I think that is ESSENTIAL in getting well from this. It detoxes, but it does a lot more too.

The Holland and barrett is only available in the UK?

I had some success getting "stuff" "out" with Dr. Kens mouth wash.
But they have changed the formula, it no longer dyes the stuff red
so you cant see it coming out. (the mouthwash is no longer dark red)
I called the company to ask what they changed, and they said they
changed nothing. I dont believe them.

Seasprite , in my case these fibers r not red in colour they r brown they indeed look like chewed tobacco but then the other day when i was gargling with strong green tea i got tons of white and green eggs??? sort of blobs looking form - how many forms r out there in me? are different products pulling out of our tissue different organisms etc.??
ah whether they changed the formula or not u know whether it helps or not - i alwas feel relief when i expel them and spit gets so thick - if I use H2O2 in water as gargle u cant seen fibers but I get very thick mucus and I know what should not be there came out - same with DE if u gargle with DE and add some Activated charcoal u will see so much debris removed from the tongue and tissue of the mouth and throat - u will see something in the spit that is thick and curdy etc and u feel better sadly just temporary...

My mucous was not red, but some constituent in it was -dyed- red by the gargle mouthwash, it does not do that any more since they changed the forumla.

what is DE??
