I have them in my mouth and have actual things that look like paper cuts on my tongue. I spit the little black things out. I drink a half a glass of red wine at night. You're supposed to swish it? I used the off brand yellow listerine but it didnt' help. The blue helps for a little while. There pretty scary and pretty horrible anywhere above the neck.

I would take the yellow Listerine. Only the yellow worked. And gargle w that. It would take out these filigree looking ones - kind of like that star cluster shape. Otherwise I could feel them bearing down on my throat and hardening. It was hurting my chest and choking me.

So, for some people maybe they can also try the yellow Listerine in addition to the things you mentioned above.

DE is diatomaceous earth - I m sure there must be in the USA aloe vera juice cranberry taste
there is another thing that works for me - boiled strong green tea with cloves in it in 1 L of water I add 12 bags of green tea and handful of cloves bring it to the boil then leave on reduced heat for half an hour then i leave it for couple of hours and then drink or gargle with it- same thing again lots of fibers and eggs start coming out from my mouth - the thing about green tea is that you will have to search for the one that works best for u as I have noticed that not every green tea works well in the case of morgs
