Milk products, cultured milk products: yogurt kefir, and perhaps some other things like nuts esp almonds, it's hard to tell, i have to really do a serius activity and food log to figure it out. Hi SeaSprite, I just wanted to clarify w you... Are you saying cultured milk products make it worse? If it is kefir I am wondering if you are using something that is not really kefir. Are you using the pre-made grocery store kinds that have flavors? i would never drink those. I know they have all kinds of additives, sugars, probably even GMO corn syrup. I can't remember what is in them, but I know I've read the label and so do not go near them. Same thing w most yogurts. But if the yogurt is homemade, or if it is plain I eat those kinds. For the kefir, I make my own from kefir grains - not the mixes. But I do sometimes buy the store kind which is totally different, but tastes so good. But, I never buy anything w flavors, sweeteners, additives, etc. Only plain, no sweeteners, no hormones, etc. So, I am just curious if THOSE are the kinds that make you worse. I have not noticed them affecting me in a bad way. I actually feel they have helped me. Please let me know. Thanks. |

| Hello to all, This is my first post and I pray that this horrible nightmare will end soon, for all of us. I'm much better than a year ago. I've been taking herbal supplements and cut out all sugar. I can really tell a big difference if I have one sweet thing. Has anyone seen the site morgellonspgpr.wordpress.com? Mr. Common Sense makes great sense ans anyone who's suffering without a protocol should visit it. I would love to meet someone in person who has Morgellons. Anyone near Charlotte, NC? |

| Hi NatureGirl, Welcome to the site! I agree that cutting out sugar really helps. Also, herbal formulas can be very helpful. One that works well for me is Brenda Watson's ReNew Life ParaGone. I am from Los Angeles, but I think we have ppl over in your area too. All teh best to you!!! ![]() |

| Seasprite - It's possible you just have some food intolerances. My gut is infected with pathogenic bacteria and mold and yeast, and it caused me to get "leaky gut". I had around 80 food intolerances at one time. It would cause me physical body symptoms from eating these foods (it caused rashes and other skin symptoms for me). If you can afford it, try getting tested for food intolerances. If you can't, then the only way you can figure this out would be an elimination diet. You should cut out all foods that bother you for now. Quote:
