Default Has anyone taken tyrosine for CFS
Hi....Has anyone taken Tyrosine for chronic fatigue, have just ordered some as recommended by bodykind when ordering seabuckthorn oil caps, they seemed to help my skin heal but run out & skin getting bad again, also ordered Vit B complex as told that helps with fatigue.

How is everyone getting on with DE,I have stopped taking it as have put on over stone & cant seem to shift it, hence trying to get some energy to walk more, trouble is joints hurt so much, its a catch 22!!
