Hi busaboy,

I think you have found the best site (here) for information & support.

I'm sorry to hear about your girlfriend. This can be very scary....

Hope to hear back from you soon,

In the white light,
~jonsi

Hi Nige and welcome to the Forum.
I'm in Liverpool and it is running rampant down here.
Don't blame yourself for your partners infection .
From what we are seeing the Morgellons starts long before Parasites show up.

Good heavens nige are you saying the Nuffield actually diagnosed you as having morgs?
if so we all better beat a path up to Newcastle.
Where abouts in N yorks are you?I was talking to a lady awhile back from there who had it.
I saw an infectious disease specialist (queue laugh) a few weeks ago in Leeds who said it could be psychosomatic and offered a trick cyclist but I politely declined.
As to your partners mouth, she should rinse with peroxide mixture or salt water. Also stop using the toothpaste with fluoride etc.Buy the Green Peoples Citrus or any Natural paste without additives.
A good test is to rinse mouth out with red wine for 4/5 mins then spit it out on to kitchen roll and see if you can see the morg shaped things in it. Have either of you suffered fungal probs i.e.thrush,athletes foot etc?
There are good tips on here under Treatment steps.Start bathing in Peroxide or epsom salts or Bicarbonate soda or salt.In fact use them all in turn as this damned stuff becomes resistant if you dont alternate.
Buy selsun shampoo and wash hair in that.Boots sell it but you can get it cheaper on net i.e.ebay.This will affect your hair at some stage...the morgs not the shampoo!!
This should get you going and do look at the treatment pages. There is an awful lot you can take to make it easier to cope with...but there aint no cure yet on the horizon.

Default Bowel health

Hi Busaboy, pleased to meet you.

Here's some things that got my colon sorted:

1) Cut out red meat for a few months at least (NO SAUSAGES)
2) Eat lots of green veg (peas, brocolli, spinach, green beans) and always have a good supply every time you're eating carbs or protein
3) Drink coffee
4) Eat blueberrys, green bananas and raw carrotts
5) Take Turmeric capsules (Holland & Barrett do them)

All of the above mentioned are scientifically proven to help bowel health. Worked for me.

please could you fill out our UK registration form:
Morgellons UK - Awareness Campaign 2009 - Morgellons Disease - Research: Household Registration

Many thanks and happy Christmas

Jo

Busyboy,

I would suggest that you get familiar with rife frequency therapy as this can help you alot. There is a computer program called frex that you can use to kill of the lyme's, the mycoplasmas, fungal pathogen, viruses.. But if you have more then just lyme's then you should consult with a lyme literate physician since the coinfections can make you more ill then just the lyme.
