You might have a tender or enlarged liver, so I'd recommend a liver/gall bladder cleanse (herbal).

And maybe just do the cinnamon for circulation but not Niacin (B3) right now - it could put more stain on your organs.

You can put a drop of cinnamon oil in herbal tea (just make sure its for internal use) or try powdered cinnamon with honey on toast.

You sound like you are in more pain than I. I do not know how you can work thru that pain. Possibly if you went to a rheumatologist, they might give you some meds that might help with the pain. Would not hurt, if you have the time and money.
I am not as far along as you. Just about 2 yrs. (just guessing - do not know how long the beings were there hiding)

I've been to a rheumatologist Hella, he did all the blood tests and couldn't find anything wrong and so he suspected that I was just trying to get out of work on a disability claim. I went to the rheumatologist on the advice of the ER doctor at the local hospital after have being sent there by my gp because of unilateral swelling in my leg, he wanted to make sure I didn't have a blood clot or heart problems, the doctors were baffled and could not give me any idea what was wrong, well why do you think that is, I know, because it's all caused from morgellons, of course I couldn't tell them that. They even tapped my knee to check for uric acid crystals and there was none, no bacteria either. This widespread pain has only come about in the last couple of years so those of you who have only had morgellons for a few years won't have to worry about that for a while, but odds are you will eventually.

I have found that taking alot of garlic capsules or raw garlic has helped with pain and also brain fog. I use New Chapters garlicforce (expensive but helps me alot). Other quality brands are helpful also.

Sorry you could not be helped by all those doctors! It is just like, if you go to a dr., you better not say the morgellons name. We have to say, I have this, that hurts or that does weird things... I think personally, that most of the doctors we see, do not know what morgellons is, so they dance around the problem.

Jade - I have been trying the garlic capsuls, so far no help to me. But I think I will continue & up the real garlic.
