Default Hey! Are you STILL here? LOL

Yeah Stillhere, I think from reading past posts you'll agree that we all pretty much speak our minds and that was a lovely post, thank you.

About your friend...what criteria did the god-doc use to diagnose her? I'm curious because the god-doc I saw looked at me and thought I had a tad roseacea (at 61 I might have what's called SUN DAMAGE???) which I really don't, but I was tan and had a little extra burn on my cheeks since I'm an out-in-the-sun kinda gal... and that was basically the only think he came up with. Lame. So I had already been categorizing the different 'autoimmune' diseases such as CFS, fibromyalgia, lupus, etc. to see the differences in symptoms. Not many differences. In addition, there's the ol' 'don't know what causes it, don't have a cure for it' Amazing what we pay these god-docs for.

Hi Kritters,

Stillhere........here..........

Started to go into a long drawn out post about how it all went down and decided you may just want the bottom line.

I saw someone at my pain docs office who had a rash which looked just like the neighbors and she said she had just gotten diagnosed with Lupus. Found out later her now retired dermatologist diagnosed it. Told the neighbor to demand an ANA test and anything to rule this out. She had the rash since August. Since then she tested positive on that and this week she got another round of tests run. She will not be getting the results til the first of May. They are sending them to a lab in California to confirm what they can. It is not the same lab as hilly mentioned to me in San Francisco though. The girl at my pain clinics rash has gone away so she told me it was due to a compounded cream of cetaphil and Diprolene (I think it is a steroid).

If you need the exact tests, I may be able to find out or she can tell me when she gets the results.

Does this help? I love your sense of humor and wit. It makes the heavy burden a bit lighter.

Hey Stillhere,
Laughter does help, thanks.

No, I don't care about the tests. I was just curious what the doc told her that justified his testing for it. (which symptoms he attributed to Lupus to diagnose before the tests)
Those tests could very well be the same for all the auto-immune diseases, and you can bet yer sweet bippie they are.

They just HATE to admit diseases are caused by organisms. They want people to think it's all life's mystery but the God-docs have the bandaid.

Funny when you think about this full moon theory bc as much as I never paid any attention this is when my breakouts hit ay night and mostly gone in the AM.... We always make jokes with bad drivers slow customers many more... When this has been the normal cycle time for many creatures on this planet.

Maybe I need to get more in tune with my earthy side. Anyway I know there are some having super emotional times w/ morgies and added exterior stress in the world today, however, I have never felt so at home when you are all on. Scimming your new posts as I am 5min late leaving for work, it's like I am trying to get my fix in b4 I have to go... worried I might miss someone's big "aaahaaa!" moment. So although I am in a much better place today then I was when I 1st joined I know that as much as I have used internal remedies to fix the out side YOU all are my fix for the inside.

I thought this odd, what if it's true that our health is being regulated by the moon phases or as some have suggested... artificial intelligence?

So, as a barometer, I have created this thread to see if we are all 'connected' somehow? And, I thought this would be a good way to get to know each other on a more personal level, at the same time.

You can leave a one word description of how you're feeling or go into detail... also, you can list what you are taking and how you are progressing with your Morgie symptoms.

Well, hello all, I thought I might add my bright smiley face here

I have been having up and down emotions the last few days. Has anyone had a blood pressure problem with this condition? My blood pressure has always been pretty steady, the last few days it has been up and down pretty much like my moods. I went in to see the Dr. becasue I got scared when it registered 200/105, yeah! Well, it wasn't so bad by the time I saw her and she told me to get a new monitor. Mine was pretty old. It has made a difference in my readings, but it is still higher than normal. Could be some of the meds I take I suppose?

About the thing in the throat, I have that also. I find that using my neti pot helps some. It uses a combo of salt and soda to irrigate the nostril. I do that daily before my bath. I do think the time of year and pollen makes this problem worse too.

Anyone come up with something more that helps? I am still taking the DE and I have no major problems right now. I just know that they are still with me. As someone said the ones in the hair are the worst. They will aggravate the most. Mine are not as bad as they have been though. Most of the time they feel on top of the scalp instead of under the scalp. I wash my hair daily with some Head and Shoulders mixed with DE, then rinse with diluted vinegar. I will try most things that I think will help.

I am going to take silver for a week and see if that helps. I don't like to take it full time. I am not so sure it is a good thing to do that, but then what do we have to lose? One or the other thing is going to be our demise. I can say that because I have already lived my life, but for you younger ones on here I am praying for a cure sooner rather than later.

I hope we can start getting some recognition for this condition and that someone will finally pay attention to finding a cure. We need more famous people to step up and admit if they have it, I agree with Barak on that.

Take heart and hang in there, X0 Dizzy

I was up all night with liquid diarrhea and it continued today. The gas is record-breaking. Facial lesions are healing. I had a bad one on my chin and injected watered down GSE. I do NOT recommend it. Very painful. but the lesion is gone.

every AM: GSE in nosrils, ears directly on lesions,DMSO up and down spine, 2 TBS baking soda, up to 12 drops of MMS, and 1 dose of MSM.

every PM: repeat the AM ( I have just ordered DE....)

dizzy dame, I love your name and thank you for your bright smiley face!

Stillhere wrote "One more little thing, I spent most of the night reading old threads here and I know you have been at this a long time so I respect this too. I say what I think and sometimes for others it can be useful. Sometimes......annoying"

I like this thread! I know I am repeating myself, but this may help:

For my lesions I use dsp cream and add a few drops of "Ultra Colloidal" Silver to the cream before I spread it on.

I have a hot-water filter on my shower head.

sudio, you mentioned diarrhea. Have you ever tried col*san? It is a "proprietary blend of various oxides designed to gently release oxygen in the digestive track for the purpose of cleansing". I believe that "M" grows in the intestines. Col*San helps.

I've noticed that I feel worse in October and March.

Stillhere, we got 5 inches of snow here in northern New Mexico on April 17th! This weather is crazy....

Turn on some music and dance around! "Morgellons" brings us down, good music brings us up.

xxoo, xxooooxo

Hi Sudio, welcome!

You're in Florida, that's nice, what part? I was spending time on the Gulf Coast when I got sick... near Panama City Beach. I love the way the beaches are so white and fine, like powdered sugar... and they don't let the cars on them, they are beautiful.

It sounds like you're doing a bunch of good things for yourself?... and the DE should help with the diarrhea... it seems like the doctors in Florida would be more responsive to this disease, since... there's probably more people with it and they've had more exposure to it?

I think when when we're purging/herxing, like you are - we're making progress?
