Brown crusts off feet

Katinka,

I had that from my lower back. I thought it was gel that by morning had
hardened.

It was like brown/amber "rigid contact lense" type shapes.

Then is was gel coming out of my feet and was the same brown/amber
color. It was years ago in the beginning of this horror and I didn't ever experience it again.

I always wondered what it was.

Yes and there were many shapes like this picture you posted above. BUT...... of course I didn't have a scope at the time so I don't know if the "TEXTURE" would have looked like this. But probaly could have. They were around the sizes of dried up contact lenses.

I saw it as a thick goey stuffe when it was on my feet and then it hardened.

I am looking real hard for the Pic of it on the bottom of my feet to share with you guys. It may be on my other computer which is so so so slow it takes forever to get it to boot up. I really need to take it in. It has ALL OF MY PICS from when I was using a scope. I really need to get them off of there and on a disc to transfer.

Wanted to comment on your brown crusty things.
I have areas on the bottom of my feet (around the ball of the foot) that crack and end up with crusty skin flakes. I have had these for many years - always thought they were calluses. GUESS WHAT??? I DISCOVERED THESE ARE LESIONS.
Question: Do you have brown freckles on the tops of your feet, or brown skin, including the tops of your toes? Those are morgies.
Antiperspirant is drying up my lesions. I would try some on your feet if I were you. You can get the healthy kind (no aluminum - just alum) - has to be antiperspirant though, not deodorant. Our feet are definitely under attack. I bet these crusties have come off the bottom of your feet. You could try soaking the feet in epsom salts and see if you have loose skin (probably around the balls of your feet) - that's where mine are.

Put neat baking soda in socks and shoes.Also use it in bath.I also had this symptom and when i used the soda for a week or so the skin peeled off my feet and toes leaving pink skin.The hard crusty stuff hasn't returned.
Also found this worked when putting a stiff paste of soda on hands,and leaving it for as long as poss.Small white rolls exited fingers and skin peeled off.

my wife has bad feet -i'm blessed with gr8 feet after reading post on hear it hard to add to any thing i have same sores as everone else but i;m feeling better now mine is not near as bad as some of the stuff i see or read about on hear. but i think nomatter how bad you have it it still is a terrable disease that needs to be studied by the greatest minds . to see if a cure is possible

For those of you wearing socks.... If you take some tweezers and take some fibers from the socks off, you will see them moving. I got curious one day and every piece of cotton clothing I have had the fibers in them. Seems like they are everywhere. Is Borax good to clean our socks?
