Clothes

With the warmer weather coming I am baffled about clothes. I mean can I wear shorts and have bare skin? Doesn't sound good to me.

What has anyone else done for shoes, as Marc Neumann says it is best to have rubber shoes which can be rinsed with hot water. I'm just lost. These make my feet sweat. I've been wearing nylon trouser socks because I can not go near fuzzy cotton.

I am open for ALL ideas.

My rubber flip-flops are out and waiting for my tootsies.

I think you should not put yourself through worry h-e-l-l......expose yourself to the sun. take the steps to clean your house, purify the indoor air and wash your clothes in borax, etc... and live life as best you can.

Worry creates acid in your blood. An acidic body invites and harbors pathogens.

Forget yer troubles, c'mon...get happy. We'll be through this in no time.

I wear birkenstock sandals all the time. Ofcouse not out in the snow
Get yourself two pairs so you can switch. You can rinse them with hot water too and even scrub them with detergent if you like. Let them dry.

These sandals are very comfortable and good for your feet due to the integrated orthopedic inlay.

I know they are not cheap in the US..but I think a good investment.
