Hi Faith,

I always love reading your posts. You always have nice things to say to people. xoxoxo

For the last 2 weeks, I seem to have developed that thing some have spoken of....the incessant clearing of the throat. It's the post-nasal drip that seems to now have nestled very snugly and deliberately right in the area between the nose and the throat. I've had sinus problems forever, but this is different. It's almost as if there is a mucus machine anchored in that spot and won't move. I'm awake most of the night hacking. It's disgusting.

When my kids were little, I used to give them apple cider vinegar and honey on a spoon when they had this and as bad as it tasted to them, they welcomed. I bought some raw organic ACV and when I went to use it I looked at the bottom and it looked beyond raw (ewww) so I just tossed it (of course I kept one bit and put it under the scope and didn't like what I saw) So I'm going back to the Heinz.

I'm betting the hair dye people use keeps the scalp so toxic it harbors the critters that live in the sinuses. (I know an old woman who swallowed a fly...I don't know why she swallowed a fly....la la la la) ;-(

I think I'm going to do what I've been putting off until now that it's necessary. I'm going to put sea salt water into a washed out nasal sprayer and lie on the bed with my head hanging off the edge and spray that stuff way up into the sinuses. I'll let you know how it works out.

xoxoxo

Kritters -
Raw, unfiltered ACV has what is called "the mother" - it is a network of active enzymes that works wonders in breaking things down. You should "tip" the bottle back and forth (not shake it) to distribute the mother each time you use it. I added this to my birds' water for years to counteract candida infections (birds are very prone to this because their food sits in their "crop" - a sort of pre-stomach sack, thus allowing for pathogens to grow).
I used salt water infusions into my sinuses to clear them. I used a commercial product because it was already in a perfectly formed spray bottle designed for that purpose. (CVS brand).

Default sinus's

Hi.... I use beconase nose spray, my doctor prescribes it & I get it free as I'm so ancient. It stops my ears itching too. I used to have to put caniston solution in ears everynight to stop itch, its FUNGAS Kritts that make ears itch. I did'nt know this until the pharmasist told me, but I just use the nose drops now..S.D.

I just love my Morgie family!

SS...thanks....I'll get another bottle. I did tip it when I first got it, and the mother looked like I thought it probably should. I don't know if I had it too long after I opened it, but that mother looked different....scary mother ;-) LOL unlike what I saw in the bottle at the store. I'll trust you and get it again, thanks buddie.

SD...thanks to you too!...you mean your pharmacist ACTUALLY SAID it was FUNGUS that makes your ears itch? Wow!!! hold on to that guy!!! I'll bet the doctor didn't tell you that!!! ;>( ......I've been meaning to do the GSE in the ear as per Baraka but I forgot I took the bottle over to my son's when they were all sick. Of course, it got stuck in the cabinet..so I just got it back. $10 buck for that little squeeze bottle!!!

Thanks so much da botdayas.

Red face

Dear Kritts:

I had/have that, though getting better... this feeling there's something in my lungs, trying to clear out the lungs. I wonder if you have what I do. Interesting how the pharm guy knew the itchy ears was fungus. The chronic nature of my sinus infection made me feel an almost acceptance of it, in spite of the gradual loss of taste. I think that's because the morg symptoms muddied my thinking and made me so out-of-touch with such an obvious symptom. Before I had Morg, if I was ill, I just went to the doc, easy interaction and I was treated. Uncomplicated. Now that some my taste buds are slowly returning and I feel my head draining, I can think with a bit less brain fog. With the ability to breath better, I'm almost waking up somewhat.

I'm wondering if you should investigate seeing a doc about an antibiotic for the sinus problems.

I had forgotten to add that even though the herx with the hair coloring felt horrible, I feel it was worth it. I began to see the connections between the mold, morg and sinus issues which I finally addressed. My scalp now feels so much better, even though it's a chemical.

Thank you for your sweet post!
Love ya, Faithxoxoxoxox

Hi Faith,

It seems I've had chronic sinus problems for years...beginning around '86 when I had my first sinus infection and couldn't figure out what was wrong with me, since I never usually go sick. However, I developed allergies at 18 and I'd had cats my whole life. I now believe the allergies were probably from some pathogen the cat brought in.

I have recently had doxycycline and before that a strong med for sinus infection but it just never leaves. I believe the fungus is throughout my sinuses. If it's in the ears, it's in the sinuses. I went through 1/2 huge box of tissue from last night until this morning and believe me, it wasn't pretty. Not yer nice little drippings, mind you. All I can say is it this is what is coming from my sinuses, I can imagine how much of the same and worse is clogging up my head. No wonder I have brain fog. Downright disgusting.

How did you clear yours up?

xoxo

Hi Kritts, yes I went to docs with earache as well as itchy ears where you keep clucking the back of your throat with tongue, & silly s-d of a doctor said he could see a bit of exma in ear (obviously fungus) & pharmasist said fungas causes itching in ears, also Gillian Mckieth who does telly progs in U.K. treated a woman who had made her throat bleed through clucking with tongue all night in her sleep( her partner used to hear her) & she Mckieth said she was full of fungas & put her on diet to rid her of fungas & got her better, I looked up your adeile ellis & she was a nutrishionalist like Mckieth, who looks extremely unhealthy herself as shes got curviture of spine so people take the micky out of her on web!!! I noticed adeil died of spinal cancer... you just cant win can you.....S.D.

Hey Kritsters:

I think you're right about the mold in your sinuses. What about an anti-mold antibiotic for you??

I'm still taking both antibiotics; the Sporonox and Amox at the same time. Doc said they are fine together. I wonder since Amox causes yeast growth, if the Sporonox is having to work overtime to counteract the benefit I would normally be getting from the treatment. But, I have to say I do feel much less confused with the brain fog. My headache and itching is decreasing. Breathing is improved. I can feel the draining out of my sinuses. Not really too many fibers since I've been on this stuff.

When I read that post by Carla about the scientist working on Hookworm from USA Today article, I was quite moved. What a wonderful human being. I wonder if he could help docs in United States treat us... I remember learning how tropical diseases docs had become a dying breed, literally. You couldn't find them anywhere. Now with the cross-contamination of travel, we all are vulnerable to it. (Sorry, I should have posted this in that thread. Should I move this?) Anyway I feel the fungus/parasitic connection is important in our treatment.

I'll keep you all posted on this antibiotic regimen I'm on.

Love to you all,
Faithxoxoxoxoxoxo

Are we talking about the same person (Adele Davis)?? She died also (bone cancer)...goes to show that then AND now....not much thought was given to the true cause of cancer being a pathogen/fungus. Interesting how they both died of cancer. Back in those days and even recently, 'nutritionists' pretty much went by the textbooks. If I hear one more nutritionist say you get all the nutrients you need from food I'll scream. Well, back in the days of yore maybe when food was FOOD.

You're so funny! I love the words you guys in the UK use. They make ours so boring ;-)

Hey Faithster!

I had a thought...to move these posts regarding fungus to the fungus thread. I think they are so valuable!

I think not only is fungus majorly implicated in all of us on this forum, but so many people who do not have symptoms of Morgellons are most likely having their health compromised by harboring a fungus in their systems. In fact it may be THE connecting pathogen to whatever Morgellons is.
