Default Our own community, real life place to live,

Here's an idea. Why don't we just all live in our own community? I'm not trying to be a smarty pants, and I know people can't just pick up and move, especially when they probably can't sell their house in this economy. It just seems to me that if there's no medical talent to treat what's happening to us, then we should team up and form our community, a community free from nay sayers with like people trying to help each other. There's power in numbers. My house is infested anyway and Courtrywide can have it. I can't afford my mortgage, can't find a job, and find anyone in Memphis to treat my condition, or even believe me. I bet a lot, or all, of my (our) drama and hard times would go away, I (we) would get the proper medical attention, and I (we) could meet, live with, and help our friends (each other) if I (we) were in a community of us Morgies.

What do yall think? Why not? The rest of the world, or very few in the world, except ourselves, are of any help. Somebody get it going and I'll dedicate my life, every ounce of energy I have, every resource I have or can get, to making it happen. I'll start packing me and dog, Bailey, today.

Alan

Alan -
After seeing the pictures of Bailey, I think that's a great idea. He's adorable!
I share your feelings about the need for community, for a sanctuary of sorts. Remember the old hippy commune days? Grow our own organic foods, buy the right supplements in bulk and have our own "apothecary". Have all the equipment that helps - RIFE machine, FarInfrared Saunas, etc. Ozonators, ionizers, even a hyperbaric chamber. Reverse osmosis water.
Have to have a piece of land large enough for lots of people, farming, and animals, a large stainless steel community kitchen when we could all eat the right foods all the time.
Ya got me dreaming! Would have to be close enough to a Morg-friendly doctor who could come to our "clinic" once a week.
OK - who's got the money? Real estate prices have dropped incredibly in CA, including around LA. Lots of properties up in the mountains around there with many acres. Gee, I even have some real estate contacts out there!
Make it a "green" community, with individual small living quarters built with NO toxic chemicals. Just big enough for individuals, couples, or families.
Help me dream!!!
SS

Default sounds good

That sounds great but most morgies are broke, farming in the mountains is extream living. I stayed at a modern commune about 10 years ago on my travels thru the USA. You can find them online under alternative living, communes. Wow commune rules, woopee, no angry people, nobody that screams, no morons on the front 20, no gossip mongers. Heaven on earth, seems there would have to be a woman and man side, men eat animals, unless the ladies could stand men with MEAT BREATH. Which of you gals is gonna snare us a benafactor. If you have ever read about the Amish that is a wonder of modern natural living. I do like machinery, phones, cars, computers, electricity but alot of them do it the old ways, none of this stuff. That is worth a looky see, I was amazed at the sight of a woman driving a pair of Clydesdale's, funny I was not expected to be there, the woman had long hair blowing in the wind and she had whiped those horses into a full bore gallop. That was somthing I will never forget, it was 200 years ago right now!!! For those of you that have NOT seen these people in action. I was there to buy a $600 quilt, she explained the pattern and her needle work after that it was trap shut no idle talk, the woman would not talk but to accept payment. If a New Yorker can't get a person to talk they have some strong resolve!!!!
