| From Kammy________________________________________ Found at: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/14726861?ordinalpos=1&itool=EntrezSystem2.PEntrez. Pubmed.Pubmed_ResultsPanel.Pubmed_DiscoveryPanel.P ubmed_Discovery_RA&linkpos=5&log$=relatedreviews&l ogdbfrom=pubmed "The adult female (fly) does not lay the eggs on the host (human). Instead, the adult female infests hosts (humans) indirectly by using blood-feeding arthropods to serve as phoretic vectors to transport the eggs. We present a patient who acquired Dermatobia when bitten by a day-active mosquito during a visit to Guatemala." ?? So a mosquito can transmit the introduction of the fly larvae to the human? How does the fly infect the mosquito? Here's an interesting question concerning this statement. Most everyone that I have spoken to that has contracted Morgellons says that the first sore site was in the "crown" of their heads. This is where mine first showed up, and many others that non-chalantly mention this. Some of these people have done little to no research on Morgellons, nor compared notes with other people to possibly formulate this statement. That this statement of fact has been mentioned as in a "passing" statement and I have just happened to take notice of how often I've heard it. And, one MIGHT assume in a "natural" situation that your first sore would appear where you were bitten? Yes? What's the likelyhood that ALL of us got bit in the crown of our heads and not any other place? I would think it's slim to none that mosquitos would target the same place to bite on a human - over and over? If mosquitos are the transmitters - then this must be a "programmed" mosquito that targets the tops of our heads as the bite site? And, if mosquitos are the carriers of the fly larvae - how did the other "stuff" get introduced at the same time? Or, it could be that you can be bitten anywhere on your body and the human body will naturally show the signs of these particular pathogen combinations in the crown of the head? This statement above says: "blood-feeding arthropods" - is a tick a blood-feeding anthropod? I've got "tick-like" properties to some of my lesions - there's a stage of the scabs when pulling the red-toothed scabs off - that they are very similiar to pulling a tick off the body. They are latched tightly on with what appear to be barbs or teeth, and there are a large number in a small area, this is very painful and disgusting too. Anyone else experienced this? And, it's also unlikely that a tick would be biting us all in the same place in our scalps also. This sore/s showing up in the crown of the scalp must be how the human body makes it evident to us? __________________________________________________ ___ Note from me (Kritts): Jo, didn't I post something about the botfly being a target for bio-engieered cotton or something? I'll try to find it. |

| Nevermind, Jo…that was the white fly. Bio-engineered Foods Here’s an interesting quote from that post though: __________________________________________________ __________________ Genetic engineeers are taking genes from bacteria, viruses and insects and adding them to fruits, grains and vegetables," said Dr. Rebecca Goldburg, an Environmental Defense Fund senior scientist. "They are producing foods that have never before been eaten by human beings. Consumers should not be guinea pigs for untested food substances." I do remember seeing the botfly somewhere, though. | It's possible that we've ALL come into contact with some of these Morgellon pathogens in our lives and could have been 'dormant' in our bodies for many years. What I find interesting is that some people claim to have had Morgellons for 20 - 25 years, putting us back to the early 1980's. If this is true, we can assume that if the Military was 'practicing' some bio-warfare agent in the 1980's and it got loosed on the public, then more people than not or a small epidemic would have broken out in these people's locations that claim they have had it this long? Since there is very little data that's being collected about locations and how long people have had this, etc. - it makes it hard to look at Morgellons beginnings here to see what the common denominator is. What happened to our questionnaire? Do we need to have an ongoing questionnaire or poll with a few questions as we find out more to see if we can solve this? I'm sure we asked, "How long have you had visible Morgellons visible symptoms?" and "Where were you, what city/state were you in when you first contracted Morgellons systems?" and/or "In what city/state and year do you believe you contracted Morgellons, if different from your previous answer?" |

| Doesn't anyone find it interesting that we're seeing white and black specks? White and black seeds? White and black fibers? White and black 'wild' hairs coming from the body? |

| Kam, they were practicing bio-warfare research way before the 80's. I don't know how people 25 years ago described their 'morgellons' symptoms then, but I'm sure they had their own brand of fun as we have...only ours is more hi-tech. Aren't WE special! Kritts |

| I'm still being 'censored', I have asked Franky why I only have 5 minutes access through a 3rd party ISP provider to gain access to this site. So, I have to make my posts and points very quickly. OMG! OMG! We're onto something...!! AND THEY KNOW IT! Ok, Jo - has the key that has unlocked the "Morgellons Door"... I'm looking at the main link on Wikipedia for: Cecidomyiidae - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Cecidomyiidae (sometimes misspelled Cecidomyidae) is a family of flies (Order Diptera) known as gall midges or gall gnats. As the name implies, the larvae of most gall midges feed within plant tissue, creating abnormal plant growths called galls. CLICK ON THE LAST WORD HERE: "GALLS"... Go down and look at the "oak" variety - WHAT DOES THIS RESEMBLE? - and YES, I have seen them with holes in them!!! THIS IS THE BLACK "SEEDS" WE KEEP PULLING OUT OF OUR LESIONS! AND... when you start reading from here and click on the various links - you will find that Morgellons is EVERYTHING!... It's opposites in biology! It's both of the descriptions when click on the links, it's every kind of parasite there is! And, viruses too! It's a "grab bag" concoction of every "nasty" they could find to throw together, and yes, I believe it's bio-lab created! Has to be! Anyone else? Your opinion? | One thing I know, this house we bought 3 years ago has dead Oak trees on it. Several, all dead or dying. OK, there's one more thing I can blame on getting sick in this hell hole. SS |

| I haven't found the life-cycle of the midget fly, gall fly, or gall midget. That possibly all these black "seeds" in our lesions are really galls? We have to continue to research until we can find the life-cycles and how, why, when do these small flies produce the galls and at what stage in the life cycle? What function does the gall serve? Now, it's possible that we have a hybrid egg/larvae layer? I believe that we have a 'cocktail' of pathogens inside us - and that if this is a fly infestation - this would probably be one of the more serious health hazards to be treated for? Thoughts anyone? Has anyone found a medical journal paper on how to threat a human fly infestation? |

| What I'm finding interesting is that the midge, midget fly, gall fly, etc., all make 'galls'. Galls resemble little round balls or poppy seeds. I have personally had thousands of white, black, red and blue "seeds" come out of my skin. Isn't it interesting that the colors of these "seeds" or galls are the same colors that are found in the fibers? Is it possible that the seeds or galls hatch or turn into the fibers? All I can find is information on Plant Galls, I suppose that with nanotechnology that humans could be substituted for plants? You have to pretend like you're the host (plant) when reading about the galls below... ha ha! You already knew you were a plant being attacked by a critter (or two), didn't you? (I'm probably way off base here, but who the heck knows at this point?) Galls GALLS Plant Galls Each species of gall-causer attacks a specific plant structure, such as the leaves or the roots. Because the gall-causers do not destroy the plant, but slowly ... Plant Galls Plant Galls: Nature Trivia, Plant Galls |
