| there ya go, Kam.....imagine how I feel at 60....being a dumfukistani for all these years. I wasn't even a 60's protester. I didn't even know what was going on then. Pure flower child ;-) I had my own problems. So now I find I have wasted all these years trusting our govt to take care of us. Worse news is that most people in general govt aren't aware of these things either. Here's an expression someone I knew long ago either made up or repeated from someone profound: "When the going gets tough, the weird turn pro" I've always been weird. Kritts |

I'm a newcomer and a nobody... you've been out here for years, I've seen your work, time expended and dedication to... not just for your own selfish reasons - you've been working and being a support to anyone who has aimlessly wandered out here wounded... needing some comfort, you supplied it - it's all there for anyone with eyes to see. So many lives you've touched in the past and for the future generations. You deserve a piece of the Peace Prize too! I'm sorry that I don't know Jo that well - maybe I will get to know her better in the future? Hi Jo - I'm proud of you ladies! And look at the work Chester has done out here? (Take a bow, Chester.) We don't know for sure if we've solved ANYTHING here today, but it's very good deductive, analytical thinking and reasoning that has lead us down this path. I personally believe we are close to solving this mystery, of course, it took Dr. Hildy's scientific information and knowledge (and dedication) to tell us what the truth is. We all need to thank Dr. Hildy for everything she has done for us to date. She is the 'stuff' we would like to think that our doctors are made of, but unfortunately, we had to find out the hard way - that they are mostly lazy cowards - afraid, due to peer pressure to be associated with 'bugs' and 'worms'. I pray we are on the right track! Because, once we understand what Morgellons IS... then we can begin to formulate good protocols for getting better and if God willing - completly well and back to our 'normal' selves. And, that... along with offering support - I would think, is one of our main objectives to being here. We still have so much more work to do. As a suggestion, we need to next look at the life-cycle of the fruit fly and see if it resembles the life-cycle we have been witnessing happening in our bodies. It would be ideal if we could get some sort of verification from Dr. Hildy as to her recent findings, I'm sure she'll be writing up something soon? We can then find in the Medical Journals any papers that have been written for us on (small)fly infestations in humans to take this information to our physicians and ask for the proper drug treatment. We can then figure out which vitamins, homeopathics, supplements, etc., that we should be concentrating on from good information on what this 'main'? pathogen has done and is doing to our bodies. You ladies are probably already on the right track there due to your hard work and time. Even if we are at a dead-end here again soon, we know one thing - this is a good 'team'. And, yes, I'm a Pogoaddict too! |

| Hi guys, Kritts - I totally agree with ya...I think 'autoimmune' is our body responding to attack, NOT attacking itself for no reason....just attacking these parasites - but over time damaging us too. I've downloaded a heap of journals through Uni - some great ones on cutaneous myiasis. Anyone fancy doing some reading and reporting back relevant points? Kammy this is why i've not finished the survey..I've been researching this angle. We need to do that survey, but I now think we could hone down some of the questions. cheers Jo xxx |

| Here's the whole larvae, 1st instar - (which just means very young, without any antennae, eyes, protruding yet). At this early stage if the larvae is not scoped within 30 mins it may appear to just be a red filament, as the larvae dehydrates very quickly. Is the filament part of its anatomy?? - gut? breathing apparatus? - I'm not sure yet. Its approx 1mm in length and you can make out where its two optical sensors are gonna grow. ![]() |

| Jo, On your slide photo - I can't tell what's what. I see a red upside-down 'stomach' looking pen circling - is this what you are describing? And, at the top where the 2 dark lines are - is where 2 antenna are going to form? I wonder if the 'wild' hairs that we see popping out of our skin at times are really the antenna of the 'critter'? | Jo, I may have mentioned in the past that I have that ugly little larvae in my scope pictures with the fibers, too. But oddly, never had any flies of any kind that I know of. Here's another thought to ponder: I just pulled out a reddish and a blue clump of lint (wink wink) from the matteress cover the other day and scoped them for the heck of it. Boring day OMG!!!! YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE THIS!!!!! NEWSFLASH, NEWSFLASH!!!! POWER OF SUGGESTION????? SORRY TO INTERRUPT MY GENIUS THINKING, BUT AS I'M TYPING HERE, A FREAKING FRUIT FLY JUST FLEW FROM MY BODY SOMEWHERE IN FRONT OF THE COMPUTER AND OUT INTO THE ROOM!!!!!!!! OMG!!!OMG!!!OMG!!!! *********************************************!!!!! !!!!! |

| Okay....I just realized that anyone who doesn't know me on this forum would think I'm wacko or making fun...........trust me. it happened. It's 34 degrees here, and although I read that fruit flies can exist in a warm home, I have in all my years never witnessed them hanging around in November...but that doesn't mean they havent. Chit!!! Chit!!! Chit!!! out damn spot!!! |

| Anyway, back to what I was posting.... Under the scope these pieces of lint (wink wink) look really unusual. And why red and blue? why not purple, green, yellow, orange, magenta, turqoise....although I have seen those colors, albeit limited intertwined with fuzzballs in the past. I chalk that up to particles in the air from clothes. Or not. I'm attaching the shots, although they don't do the real things justice. the red looks gold in the photos, and the blue doesn't even look blue but dark grey. But up close, in the scope, what I see are tons of curly, wavy fibers of different sizes and thickness. All I know is that they are not normal lint. But who would know unless they are as obsessed as I am about putting this chit under the scope? |

| I apologize that they aren't clear, but they are in the scope. One more thing I want to point out, is that in one of my samples (not supplied here) the single blue fiber I've been watching actually is blue except for the very end (or beginning) about 15% of the fiber becomes the usual charcoal grey, which I had not seen before. These fibers are identical under my scope to the ones coming from samples from my body. IDENTICAL. The ends all look the same, and in the grey ones, always are present the hook or spike at the end.
