WOW! I did not know that everyone with the big M had this problem, I thought I was alone! I am late for everything, bills paid late all the time, procratinatin is my life, I seem to piddle paddle around doing non essentials and rush rush rush at the last minute to get my shower and drive like a mad man to work, only to be late, AGAIN, and again, and again! I hate it.

I don't know how many times I have said to myself "what is wrong with you? Why did you do that?, Why did you say that? There is something really wrong with your head!" I fear I will lose my job. My husband gets really mad when he finds out I didn't pay a bill on time.

I also drop last lettes when I write or type. I have to go back an check it. I also can't spell. The things I used to be excellent at, are now a challenge.

If anyone knows how to fix this, pleas share it on this board. I really want to stop, but I don't know how.

I just today started having a numb/tingling sesation in my left foot and toes, and my toes seem to be cruling under. Does anyone else have that? If so, what does it mean?

Thanks to all, whitedove

Hey Whitedove,

It means 'it' is in our nervous system.

I've decided to just ignore it and I advise you to do the same.

Our minds are capable of directing our bodies. In fact, our bodies bank on it.

So, just ignore the numbness, the forgetfullness and be strong.

xoxo

Its hard to explain but I hear someone calling my name but it doesnt register in my head.It just appears to be background noise to me .This drives my kids mad because they think I m ignoring them all the time.

Thumbs up

Mmm glad its not just me.For a long time I have had the habit of putting bills and things on one side and totally forgetting about them-(I expect lots in England are like that now with the price hikes.)In fact I forget just about everything.I was organised once upon a time.....
I did realise awhile ago it must be the morgs so I now look on this as a tug of war for my brain. And they WILL NOT WIN,no one but no one controls my brain except me.Certainly not these things.Fight it folks.Fight it.
I have had severe depression of late, don't want to go anywhere or even talk to people.Have had inner rages at nothing and the language has become most profane. But I have started taking a supplement from Hollland & Barrett and it seems to be calming me down hopefully think its called Busy B its mainly vitamins from B group so I added it to the other 24 I'm taking. There is a def.improvement.

Hey Carla, I just read this post and it actually made me giggle.

I'm not sure that "all" of the background noise is because of the disease. I have three children, and I know how overwhelming it can be to raise them, especially when there's not an excellent Dad around to help lighten the load.

My kids used to get so angry at me........after they said "Mama" a half dozen times to get my attention and couldn't, they would shout "Deniece!", it worked everytime. I seriously believe that's just a defense mechanism we Moms have to keep from going insane!!

Are you taking Albendazol? I just started it yesterday, and I have noticed a numb tingly feeling since about 30 minutes after the first dose.

I know it's hard to raise children, but trust me, it's the single most important thing you will ever do in your life. You will never regret anything you do for your children. And one day they will have children of their own, and you will know what it feels like to be a grand-ma........there's a reason they named us "grand" parents.

To have this disease while in the middle of raising your children is an absolute horror, but you are strong, and you will make it. I would help you if you didn't live so far away.....but know that you are in my heart, I think you are just about the kindest person that I have ever met, including face to face. LOL

Chin up ole girl........there is coming a day in the near future when we will all be throwing one more hellacious party!!!

Niecy
XOXOXO

Smile profanity

Pat, hi and nice to meet you....

You guys are not alone with the profanity thing. I have gotten to where I can barely say a whole sentence without some in it. Sometimes it's severe profanity.

Maybe it's anger, this disease has a way of making me very angry. Although I would have to admit it's not so much the disease as it is the way we are being treated because we have it.

There's a day coming when we will be given an answer, and we will be vindicated. Maybe then we won't feel the need for all of the profanity.......as of today, it's really better than the alternative, some people go POSTAL when mistreated as badly as we have been ya know.

I would say take those vitamins faithfully, I have started them and am excited about it. I have been informed by a friend, and my doctor that is treating me for Morgellons, that nutrition is our best hope right now, and it stands to reason. We have to fight the best way that we can, and being healthy and taking care of ourselves nutritionally is the very best way we can do that at this time.

I am taking 13 vitamins, some multiple times a day, and about to order 3 more plus some Pyruvate. I also have to take injections of B-1 and B-12, which hopefully one day I will be able to stop. I am also on the Vanderbilt Protocol. Heck, I just need some honey and a spoon, and I wouldn't even have to eat any food! LOL

No, seriously, I drink a V-8 everyday, and I do try to eat veggies and foods that are prepared in a way that is not so damaging to my body. If I don't take care of myself, I won't get taken care of.

Best of luck to you!!!
Niecy
