Default slow newbie

Not sure how to post this correctly, so hope this works? I just got out of the hospital, so kinda tired. I am just going to copy and paste the poll I have been working on for ages, before I must delete it and start again. Will try to add on more. Thanks all for being here, wish under better circumstances.

1. State you reside in. Washington State
2. Inner City? Suburb? Country? Country, lived on 5 wooded acres for 13 years just 10 min. from Seattle. Reside in Apt. in dense suburb last 5 yrs.
3. Do you live on a lake, by the ocean or pond? Yes, surrounded. May Creek, Lake Washington, Puget Sound & the Pacific Ocean.
4. Do you have city or well water? Used a condemned well 13 years for washing dishes, batheing, yard & flushing toilet. Hauled water home from work daily for drinking/ cooking.
5. Do you live in a heavily treed area? Yes
6. Age at onset. unknown
7. Number of years affected. No lesions appeared until the last 2 years. Was living in a leaky moldy house in the shade for 13 yrs before moving into a worse black mold apt for 4 yrs. Too sick to complain.
8. Any other family members affected?
9. Your occupation at onset? Geriatric nursing & hospice care for 25 years.
10. Do you own pets? Cat? Dog? Other? Yes, 2 kitties. Their mother was a mean ferel cat that hissed & tried to bite me every time I fed her. (and did several times!)
......at the other house, a zoo. Fed over 200 malard ducks in front of house daily. Had geese , chickens , peacocks, bears , deer, you get the picture.

11. Have/had you traveled to California, Florida or Texas? Europe? Other? CA. but its been years ago
12. Do you/have you garden, hike, camp or spend allot of time outdoors? Used to. Loved gardening, flowers, yard work.
13. List your activities and hobbies. Computer, go to the store for cat food & groceries 14. Have you used a public whirlpool or pool? A long time ago, at least 8 or 9 years

18. Do you drink more than 8 cups of coffee a day? No
19. As far as lesions, have you had more than 10 at a given time? Yes
20. What part of your body did the lesions start? waistline from sides around back and shoulders
21. Is there any area that they are most prevalent? If so, where? Shoulders ,back, waistline, butt and thighs
22. Is one side of your body/face more affected than the other (i.e.: left vs. right)? No, in fact the lesions are almost identical on each side?
23. Please list your current symptoms (brain fog? vision disturbances? fatigue? nausea? weight loss/gain etc?)Brain fog, confusion, loss of memory/ words. Severe pain/ stiffness, sometimes it takes me over an hour to get out of bed for pain. Can't even lift covers off my hands hurts so bad. Hair loss. Extreme fatigue.(have fallen down 2x after going to sleep standing up just this last month.) Edema/legs. Depression. Shortness of breath, coughing/choking when the worms get caught in my throat & sinuses trying to come up.
24. What did other doctors diagnose you with (i.e.: folleculitis? Scabies? DOP - delusional parasitosis)? After a year of not believing this myself, I made 3 visits to the Community Health Clinic (no ins.) Diagnosis, Psychotic. Delusional. In need of professional counseling. But the worst part was overhearing their conversation in the hallway laughing at me and the specimens I had taken in. I had PROOF and they were jumping around in the ziploc bag! I was told to ignore the itching the 3rd time, so tried my darnest to pretend they were all in my mind. Explained this all to my kitties.
I REALLY TRIED HARD not to look or scratch! Made it through the first nite and thought, maybe this is all in my head, but then in the morning (my kitties always follow me in the bathroom) after taking a look in the mirror their were 2 little white worms hanging off my cheek and one on the side of my nose and another peeking in and out of my nostral. I looked at the kitties and they had the funniest look.......I burst out laughing and I think they were laughing too.......wondering how to ignore these on the face
After convincing myself I was not crazy, I took a sample to a private lab for an ova/parasite culture , but still doubted my sanity.....Then after several days they called. The initial tests confirmed I had something, but were inconclusive and more tests were needed. I told them I couldnt afford anymore tests. Just knowing someone saw the mfs and believed me was such a relief, it was well worth the $65.
But they insisted on doing more testing-NO CHARGE! The Microbiologists were so nice, and I got to know the delightful office staff quite well after taking back specimen after specimen in the formalin containers they sent home with me it seemed like every other day. I found out that one of the microbioligists was spending countless hours after work searching to identify "this". The lab sent 2 specimins to Madigan Army Hospital. They concluded that these parasites are not from this country. I have never left the country. Not sure how much money was spent on this, but lots Im sure.
More later too tired , love, wth

slow newbie cont.
After countless hours trying to identify this '?' the Lab along with Madigan Army Hospital and the kind Dr at the clinic next door to the Lab that did mass blood work and spent much time with me (don't know if I can print the name? Wonder if they would be interested in this info? Please feel free to pm me)
I see I am leaving out things, so sorry. This brain fog.....sometimes I just can't think and when it comes to me, I usually end up deleting my entire letter and starting over and never do finish. Please forgive me, this is getting quite lengthy. I will condense this:
The nice Dr was going to refer me to University of WA Dr. in Infectious Disease. I Had to see the Clinic Dr again for physical to get help with Medical. I showed him the paper the nice Dr had given me confirming that they and the microbiologists had seen round or hook worms or something. He still didn't believe me. Something must have been said because now the nice place and the microbiologists won't return my calls or email. ???
Next thing I know, I receive a letter stating the date, time and directions to an appointment for a mandatory mental exam I must take before they will consider any medical or disability. I went last week, 9/4/07. The Dr was real nice and kept asking me why I was there. Apparently I didn't appear to be too crazy that day . After he brought up the 'worm subject' I talked about Lyme's and round worms .......unidentified parasite and he actually believed me!
I couldn't breath the other day and had to call 911. Was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, supposed to make apt with the Dr that hates me. Home now, tired. Sorry this is so long. love wth
