Morgellons Poll? to Franky or Carla

Franky & Carla, when I first joined this site there was a thread that asked specific questions about how we thought we got "Morgellons". It has disappeared. It was very helpful to me to go back to my original post here on MDR , it was a reminder of what I went through. That was almost four years ago & many people ask me questions about what I experienced... I went through hell getting to the point where I am now & I have forgotten some of what I went through.

Can you bring the Morgellons poll back? I think it helps new members feel like they belong to this community too... (or redirect to other thread!)
