blue gunk

I am suffering on and off since around Oct from eruptions that itch like crazy, then a round white bump arises, then blue stuff comes out. Sometimes its very round or very square. I see the blue dots in my skin only with a magnifier, then if I can extract it out my skin feels so much better. many are very shiny. here is a pic

Does anyone else have this problem?

I have experienced similar things that i removedfrom everywhere on my body and it does start to heal when you remove the gunk.
