yes 3% and my hands do this.

A couple of questions for you, where do you get your GSE from? also where do you get the food grade 35% from as well? I am sure you use a lot and get it for a reasonable price.

Actually Richard i do not use much of this at all, a quart of GSE and a pint of 35% should last you for a year or more.

3% does NOTHING.

If you do a google for 35% food grade hydrogen peroxide that should find you plenty. I do not use it in a bath as you will look like a oragatan and its way too expensive to use that way. baking soda or salt in the tub.

I think I bought hydrogen peroxide from garden of eden and the GSE
