...I regret the loss of whatever use the "good folks" may have had
for the photos...but I must increase my security status a notch.

man, my computer didnt like that link at all!! my virus/maleware thingys went off like crazy!! be carefull on that link, maybe its just my laptop here, but its crashed on me twice now, so i belive my virus scan thingys....
ps.. i like the name boris m, thats kinda cool...
have you tried uploading to motionbox or photobucket? try that...they work well for me

Fracty gonna have to get you some rose colored glass to look thru. Havent you ever looked at the hamburger you eat or for that matter, spagetti is really ugly. Its good to see these pictures Chewy, nice job. There is some sort of connection to injury areas, any one else have an old old injury site that opened with a lesion?

...well this is odd. I never get a "trojan" warning from windows..google or
any other nannybot..not from "curezone"..i do from photobucket..
yet the Adaware scanner never finds anything on my puter....and the antivirus
has never alarmed..despite weekly hard drive sweeps..
.and it has never failed me yet..clean machine. And I have spent
dozens of hours at Curezone forums.. I sense..overzealous nannybots...

..one of the reason for not linking to photobucket was for the occasional "omg look out..
there are bad things that "might" be pasted at photobucket". [microsoft nanny
bot warning].

ok..put pics at a less "notorious" site than photobucket..put them in
an obscure forum..

and still the nannybot warnings.

despite being on dial up..i force my own pics to download to me everytime
i view them...not pull them up from my temp file..just to ensure that the
pics are still there...and that warnings are not being generated. I get no warnings.

and yet..other..people are getting nannybot warnings..

it would be helpful to know WHERE the automated "omg, danger here" warnings are coming from..
google? microsoft ? high strung antivirus programs?

MS loves to blacklist the competition whenever possible..for any excuse. their bots find ONE file in a million, with malware/stupidware, and they black list the site. for your protection.
of course. the google association has nothing to do with it..nothing at all.]

great..have to try another filing cabinet...moving day. again.

by some sort of adware..etc...especially places like photobucket whose pages
are utterly trashed with advertising..some of the ads can be..aggressive...
autoloaders..etc..
photobucket is mindbendingly slow to use on dialup..sigh..

must get a faster dogsled..perhaps a large team of jackrabbits..


ps...have had hundreds of hits to the photos from another forum..[the pic view does not
increment if pics are hot linked..so only indicating 40 views or so from traffic that
originates from inside the "cure zone" forum. Hundreds of views at the game forum..
not one complaint of "trojan warnings". And the gamerz are brutal..no mercy for
linking errors. This is all rather vexing. The page where the file is posted is overrun
with advertising links. No doubt their CSS/XML page..whatever they are using..looks like
a rats nest of less than proper coding. The alarms are most likely being generated by
improper formatting..links to "advertisers" whose own web pages are..aggressive malware filled
snake pits...

...i ..stopped using photobucket for this reason..set up in a new land..
and folks are getting "snakebit" again.

It appears that not everyone is getting "alarms".
If the alarm is being set up via microsoft site blacklist..EVERYONE should be getting alarms...
Base on the data available..it may be that only two computers are being "warned".

..OR..there are only a few "registered" folks viewing..and a BUNCH of guests viewing that
can't leave "your pic site is hosed" notes.

I just incremented the "view" counter by viewing my own posts..twice. No help there.

..perhaps it is individual antivirus software on individual machines that is generating alarms.

..and that AV software "reads" the website page..finds the URL that has tripped it in the past..

The pictures are good, I got them easily. Do not use the normal antivirus, I use the top rated antivirus of the year, that is according to cost that is. Norton and Mc Caffee will never again be my antivirus, they suck.

I too have not used Nor Ton or Mack A Fey for many years.

Bloatware..both of them. Too many bells and whistles..too much
expense..too big a footprint...too many " backroom activities"
going on..endless HD thrashing....their tentacles go everywhere..
so many "helpful proggies" loosed by Nor Ton.
too many system resources being shanghai'd by Norton.

it's clean, Jim. and my AV has never failed me or the dozen or
so computers it's been loaded on. have not lost a puter to a virus
in years...since..well..since I got rid of Norton and Mcaffee..
9 years now?..time flies.

Spybot did a tour of the hard drive. ONE tracking cookie..that is..always
regenerating.

I am almost positive I have some trojans and viruses that are probably messing things up for me. I know I have "fixcamera.exe" which I keep disabling. I've been meaning to reformat the hard drive but have not yet gotten around to saving files first.

Also, I started using McAfee which really is lame. I used to use NOD on my old computer, but ISP I'm w now gave me McAfee for free and I never got around to going back to a different anti-virus.

What is the best one/s these days? I am out of the loop. I need to probably just scratch everything and set things up w that other program.
