can anyone recomened a good microscope?

you guys got me hooked here, so im wanting to get a microscope to look at these funky things, please keep in mind ive never used one in my life, so simple is a must.
im not looking to buy one here, but im hoping you guys can tell a beginner what to look for, what to avoid when buying one used.

First this is a great idea, you will now be in the know, or can be in the know, but what you know now may be better for you than what you learn, LOL, just joking.

First, do not buy any cheap plastic looking thing, make sure the slide table has knobs to move it up and down, A LIGHT that plugs into the wall is a must, if your looking at fluids you have to put the microscope strait up and without a light it is hard to get illumination with just a mirror. If I found a good old microscope with excellent view then I would go on ebay and buy a light otherwise I would like a plug in the wall light.

Ebay is really not a place to find a bargin basement microscope, look on craigslist for your city, do not go to the named sections do the search from your areas home page that way it will search EVERY catagory.

I got a real nice Japanese scope for $25 excellent machine.

Last info I can give you is this, google how to use a microscope, parts of a microscope, buying a goog microscope.

You do not need the best machine in the world, if you are not hurting for money you can buy a real nice one on ebay for $300 WITH a movie camera and picture taker. You can also get slides on ebay for cheap, buy a good amount they are cheap, I do not use cover slips.

One last important thing, use the microscope before you buy it, use the shortest lens, at low magnification put somthing under the lens, even a piece of paper, then move up and down untill you focus. Mostly you will be using the low power, high power is hard to use real hard.

barak, you rock...i knew youd give me good advice for this... i will start learning the ins and outs of how they work this evening.. and i totally agree about ebay, thay are horrible!! ive already found a guy on craigslist that has one for $20, but since ive no money till the first, hes willing to trade old stereo junk that i have tons of. so before i get details from him about his microscope, i posted this here to gather a little bit o intel..

jane glad you want to see better, gotta be able to see if you want to be the driver, everybody else GET IN THE BACK,LOL. You will like it, makes you feel like your doing a little more. If you need some guidence just ask. I have 1000 slides sitting with stuff on them. I look every once in awhile to see if the box has grown hair, if it has I quick rip it off and paste it too my head. I refuse to spen $10,000 for hair when I can grow my own, LOL!!!!

Really the slides have not responded to growing fibers on their own that I can see, each one has 100 slides in them.

oh yeah, i will get better, if i fought depression and 20 years of psyc meds,( been off all meds 3 years now) i can lick anything...i will be hitting you up for advice, but all i know is im so done with these morgie things, it just doesnt know it yet..lol

In your urine look for glass like things, fiber, there could be a fiber of a sort, not the ones that come out of the skin, but it is of similar size and also has some appendage, this thing is possible the home of the cacoon of the little worm. I only found one worm inside them, but you will see some of these, MAYBE, but look close at them, it was onlt by the grace of god I saw the movement. The transfer of this image ruined some of the quality and contrast.

Look at the weird piss bug video, right where the strand gets small about 3/4 of the way up look closely, this thing is moving around. The thing that it is in, you will see many of these if you have one, see the bottom with sort of like roots, most of them have some appendage but they are not exact it seems ever, just close enought to know you are looking at the same thing.

That is one of three actual moving things I have seen in or on my body, one was normal.

The normal one was a demodex mite, wow, that is one ugly nasty creature. If you want to freak people out, have them squeez the white goo out of their nostril skin then very gently scoop it up with the nail, if you do it right you will have one UGLY little creature to look at that is very common. This you can use with the nay sayers, after seing this, the next time you see them their face will be red from scrubbing it. LOL. The other tests I have done on blood and lesion fluid, lesion fluid is the absolute BEST, this is when the black stuff in the blood MORPHS into another form, this form searches for food, thus it makes tripods and they send out long running fibers to find this food, if you see where they hit any cells they drain them and turn them black. I still think this reaction is involved in our plight. My movie was not so good but it shows it, in reality it is prolific. if you actually see it, you will think instantly, THATS IT!!!!

ONE OTHER THING IF YOU WANT TO SEE ALL OF SILLY RABBITS VIDEO, LOOK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE 3 VIDEOS SHOWN AND CLICK ON SEE ALL THEY ARE NOT THE BEST, THEY ARE JUST EARLY MICROSCOPING AND TRYING TO DO SOMTHING i HAD NEVER DONE MAKE VIDEOS Some of the problems I had with this was I moved around too fast, I did not seat the slide flat all the way around, then you will go in and out of focus, also, had to change my movie format to one that would work on this site while learning how to use the BAD software from China. This all for a guy that can not file papers.
