Default unreal hairs

I was looking at my hair under a microscope, and I saw a "hair" moving:

4shared.com - online file sharing and storage - download hairmoving.mp4

Sadly, I'm starting to think these things have replaced much of the real hair on my head with themselves. I don't recall my hair being very curly when I was younger, and it has gotten very curly. Also, there are these white "hairs" on my head that are extremely curly.

Here are some pictures of the white "hairs":

4shared.com - photo sharing - download image whitehairs2.bmp

4shared.com - photo sharing - download image whitehairs3.bmp

Anyhow, these things seem to be masquerading as hairs to a large extent. If you are male, I would strongly consider shaving your head and the rest of your body. As for females, it is probably socially difficult to have a shaved head, so I would at least be on the lookout for strange "hairs".

Also, here is a picture of what I think is a real hair from my head:

Here is a picture of that hair next to the suspicious white "hair":

4shared.com - photo sharing - download image realhairnexttowhitehair.bmp

Here is the white "hair" close up:

4shared.com - photo sharing - download image whitehaircloseup.bmp

Here is what is probably a real hair close up:

4shared.com - photo sharing - download image realhaircloseup.bmp

Anyhow, awhile ago, I did a side by side comparison of one these things next to a facial hair here:

4shared.com - photo sharing - download image haircompare2.PNG

Also, here are two pictures of what the end of the white "hair" looks like:

4shared.com - photo sharing - download image whitehairend.bmp

4shared.com - photo sharing - download image whitehairend2.bmp

It is somewhat pointed.

Here's a picture of what a real hair end looks like (the hair was taken from my pillow):

4shared.com - photo sharing - download image realhairend.bmp

I'm fairly certain it was a real hair since it seems to have a bulb:

4shared.com - photo sharing - download image realhairbulb.bmp

Anyhow, it seems like some of the hair on your head may not be real.

That definitely seems to be the case for me.

Hi Dave,
I think its your hair, its just if there is morgs in it. I have a light that shines downward from over the mirror above my sink. Not sure if this will work if the light in your bathroom does not cast a shadow in the toilet like mine but I'll tell everyone anyway. Pull a strand of hair from different places on your head. Take some that look regular and some of those grey wavy ones and look at the shadow they cast. If morgs is just on it, it will cast little or no shadow. If morgs has gotten in to it (like into the core of the hair) it will cast a shadow of light and dark dashes. Weird looking! Morgs seems to suck all the life out of it just like it does to the rest of us.

Claudia

PS, Let me know if anyone else sees this.

Hi,
Thanks Jo. Jeeeeeez, I forgot to tell you all to drop the strands of hair in the toilet. Like I said, if morgs is in it, you will see black and white dashs. It really is a weird shadow.

Default White Hair Hysteria on Head

Looking for anyone or any information regarding the nightmare of "white hairs" that have taken over my head!!!
My white hair problem is major and just gets worst.
I have dark auburn hair, great for visibility of these white devils. In the beginning I use to be able to pluck them with tweezers to control them. Now, there is no way I can pluck them all. There is too many, they have taken over. The plucking thing is now like an addiction for me. When I see them, I got to pull them, but now for every one hair I pluck, 2 - 5 new ones appear immediately. My hair is not my hair anymore, I miss it, can't stand this, and been looking for anyone that shares my anguish. They look like:
white or clear with a head/root on them.
silicon, gel looking sticky
with magnifiy glass sometimes the head is blackish
and yes... they have been known to move (which makes me want to pull them seeing them in my head.. omg)
Can someone tell me how to battle these things and get rid of them?
The itching can be incessant!
Sometimes I have what looks like dandruff, covering my scalp
Washing my hair is quite an ordeal.....
Can only use organic shampoo and conditioner.
My hair looks worst after I wash it then before, looks matted. Brushing it is impossible without putting oils, leave in conditioners and de-tangel spray.
I can't stand the feel of my hair on my skin, drives me crazy
Desperately need my hair cut it looks incredibly bad but I am scared to go to a hair salon, for fear of them asking me about it.
Coconut oil, tea tree oil, help stop the itching and irritations and bizarreness, but it leaves my hair greasy. My hair always looks dirty in order to be comfortable.
Please, somebody, talk to me, help!!

Daveaple, I have the same issue. In fact, it is time to shave my head again.

The hairs are of various thickness and color. Some are thicker and WHITE. When I carefully pull them out there is no root.

I haven't shaved them for awhile and they are doing the same thing again. Some will twist around others, and some will have the small comma shaped hairs on them. I call this dust hair. Some will have no root and some have just a black pencil dot at the end which is coming out of me. Some have this dot plus a gob of goo above it. Some curl and some do not.

I can feel them starting to move again because they are getting long enough to feel this. So today I have "chop chop" day planned. Before I shaved my hair for the first time my hair were so unruly. They all turned forward toward my face and I could not stop this. I am also getting some pitch black things coming in now too.

I can pull my hair out and some of them will move then in what looks like a dying manner, althought they will move and stand straight up.

If you discover a way to have your natural hair back, PLEASE let me know. I have been without hair for three years now.

Ghettogirl, I feel for you. I know exactly what you are talking about.

If I went and showed this to a DR. they would say it was grey hair from getting older. I know it is not this. These buggers are SO think and WHITE. There's no way they can be passed off as grey hair.

Hello everyone!
Ghetto girl i feel your agony! treat your scalp as often as possible! there is a thread about scalp issues i'm sure TCM could post it for you when she sees this discussion! my scalp has always been a major issue for me also the key is to kill it is thru your scalp tea tree is good sesame seeds crushed, garlic cloves crushed you could make a salve and treat your scalp as often as u can! thats the only way i've been surviving all these years is by removing them from my scalp. also make sure you dry your hair they need moisture so keep your scalp dry.
It does get better!

Posey i remember when you shaved your head! its been awhile.does your hair grow? i cut my hair around the same time you did i didn't shave it but it was wicked short! but my hair will not grow it hasn't grown more than an inch in the last 3yrs or more! i used to have to cut my bangs at least twice a month they would grow so long now nothing its so strange! Drs chalk it up to stress thats complete BS! see thats the worst part of our disease is it can be written off as something else! just like your gray hair!
