I have the same battle going on and actually was awarded another chance by the reveiw board. i haven't received the date yet. the ignorant judge at my first hearing said that morgellons is not recognized as an illness!! thanks to my friend TCM my lawyer provided them with documents she needed.another thing the judge said that really p'd me off that Morgellons is not a severe impairment! what an idiot also he claimed that i was an alcoholic! and i don't even drink maybe once a year i would even consider going out to booze it up on my b'day can't even remember the last time i did that since i've been sick! and i've never been an alcoholic!! that is wonderful news! one less thing to worry about.
