You mentioned goo. Have you used grapefruit seed extract? If not I would recommend that you do. You can use it in your shampoo and shower gel - it will help get your skin clean. You can also add it to water to cleanse your digestive tract and use as a mouth wash.

A hot, very salty, bath can also do wonders to heal lesions.

By the grace of God I searched for myself. You can search the internet (Google it or go to Ebay and type it in). Then search for the best price. I started using the Detox patch the way it was suggested to do and soon learned that they can be applied to any skin area if you are careful.

I think the black specs create the blob which create the goo. This is what causes several ills (brain fog, etc.).

Last night, after collecting my dogs urine for testing (she's diabetic) I noticed a tiny black spec had fallen in. It is normal for me to set the dish in the garage and then I continue walking her. When I got back (15 - 20 min.) a large glob had formed in the urine and the black speck was gone. I dumped it outside.
