NEW EXPERIMENT #3

The purpose of this experiment is for me to see if I have killed any of the previously seen pathogens or if this dish is not as active as the ones before? I have been taking DE for 25 days, Lactoferrin, EDTA... & a few other supplements. I had 1 week of Sulfa antiobiotics. The main purpose of this experiment is to see the "DE" is being beneficial, and if there is less evidence of parasites.

These photos represent 1 day's growth. This is left ear debris flicked into a Petri Dish with nutrient agar on 4/18/09. Nothing much eventful @ 100x.

EXPERIMENT 3 - 6 Days Growth @100x

Cultered on 4/18/09, left ear debris, in nutrient agar - photographed at 100x on 4/24/09, these photos represent 6 days growth.

The main visuals in the dish: I see one solid-looking, oval-shaped biofilm which is a caramel/yellow in color, slightly larger in size as a pencil eraser. Then there are two light mustard/yellow biofilms that have that have merged together, they have a more 'runny' characteristic, you can sort of see through the larger one, in the center of it. These two are thinner in consistency and have a random pattern to them. One is sort-of circular in shape and almost the size of a dime, the one next to it not as large and is not roundish in shape. It looks like the second random-shaped one was part of the original somewhat circular one and this is how it spreads out.

These two mustard/yellow seem to be emitting a clearish/opaque/cannot see through biofilm from a couple of small spots on their sides. It's as if these mustard/yellow biofilms have ruptured and these clear ones are coming from inside them and leaking out, the clear ones are attached to the mustard/yellow ones.

These photographs below represent the light mustard/yellow biofilms. These are from the one that is random-shaped and seems to be a 'run-off' of the main dime-sized one.

EXPERIMENT 3 - 6 Days Growth @100x

These represent the clearish/opaque biofilm that seems to have ruptured from the mustard/yellow and is on the edges. These are on the sides of the dime-sized almost circular-shaped mustard/yellow biofilm. Photos 1 and 2 look like they are almost 'hairy' or are soon going to be?

EXPERIMENT 3 - 6 Days Growth @100x

I have a white powder coming out of my ear lesion. This powder is invisible, for the most part. It appears as crystalline, very small in size, and very numbing to the touch. And in each particle, I believe is one of the three below. In the dish initially, they appear like fine grains of salt, within a few days growth, they will have subtle color changes. They are all circular in shape.

TYPE 1 Mold/Fungus

With the naked eye - This one is the size of a shapened pencil mark that you might put a 'mark' on paper with the point. With 20x magnification, looking into the dish: It is clear/opaque and appears to be spreading around the 'mark'. It has a slight discloration around the center. It appears mold/fungus-like.

TYPE 2 Mold/Fungus

To the naked eye, this one appears to be approximately the same size as the one above. With 20x magnification: This one seems to be 'concentrated' and not spreading. It is a light grayish color in the dish and appears to be mold/fungus-like.

TYPE 3 Mold/Fungus

To the naked eye, this appears like a small grain of salt. However, under 20x mag., it looks like a clear/opaque 'concentrated' not spreading, circular - mold/fungus.

Let's call them Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3, for now.
