I just posted an explanation under "Iron Bath" that you may be interested in!
Quite accidentally, I completely cured my rash (though not my illness.) Not sure how you get from one thread to another, but "iron bath" may be under my initial post called "Is there a test for Crytostrongylus Pulmoni" or something close.

Thank you for the photos. Its hard not to obsess on this illness. I had to just lock my microscope UP so I could get back to life and the job that supports me!

First off let me thank you for trying to help me and others. I wonder what effect the iron has on this. You know there can be different additives in cast iron to give it certain propertys but also some things that may be poison. I worry about anything that comes from China, some is very cheap iron stuff, others are quite nicely made. I only cook in cast iron or glass pots and pans.They are super easy to clean better than teflon, no special care and they last a life time.
I will NEVER give up, if I did give up I would've been dead by now. The doctors had me sick I am almost in perfect shape now. Right at this moment I do not have to go to work, I do not obsess on this it is now what I do, I just need a helper, some more money would be good, and better manners handleing the stuff that is done. I have this and if I can get rid of it I will live again, if I don't well then I will just do what I have to. How old are you juell, how long have you had this, what kind of bad things did the doctors do to you and for HOW LONG. Put away my microscope, Im just getting started!!!!!!!!! I could never imagine that I would be asked to do that. Do you work for a drug company? LOL!!! Thanks again for taking your time.

One of my first strange blood results was 'high iron'. ??

This was my 2004 episode when I was hospitalized.

Just thought I would throw that out there.

Baraka sent me these pictures a few months ago.He gave me permission to use them so I printed off the one of his arm that has the big circle of yellow plastic on it.I showed my GP who gave a gasp and said 'how strange'..which is the usual comment...to everything. Like the 3 thick blue lines tracking up my arm 'how strange'.I was just worried it was Chelsea supporters!
I showed the pic to my cardiologist who grimaced and said 'My God what is that'. Er., I don't know.
Carla this is what we have in England in charge of our health,As you know only too well.
I would trust the vet more at least she could see the thing that was tracking up my arm and looked at it using a magnifying glass.
Everyone who has seen these pics have been horrified,I feel like printing some off and sticking them on lamposts headed 'coming to your arm soon...'

It seems that people are more worried that it looks terrible, they want to

HIDE it. I did not want to HIDE the UGLY thing, my eyes were red and I

started to chant kill kill kill kill. OOOOOOMMMMM!! Without killing the whole

dam thing, it will make more and they hook together which make them huge. I

am so glad I found them. I know many can not do what I did as they have to

work, take care of children, lack of money, and other problems abound. It is

kinda lucky for those without their heads burried in the sand that I did this

dirty work, apparently god wanted me to do this. My determination beat out

alot of the monster, but I am wearing a bit thin. Its tireing finding ways to

fight back, STILL I am winning. I see it a a weed in the garden, if you leave

one weed to grow it grows bigger flowers and spreads, just like this baby

does.

here is a picture that shows the amount of yellow goo one of these things will put out, as you see there is NO blood flowing, I have to wonder is this yellow goo part of the blood if it is part of the blood than why is there no red cells in it. that is a pretty good question, what is the yellow goo. You can not see it but the yellow goo was actually running down my arm, also see the white plastic and you can also see the red pulp like material. That red stuff is NOT flesh. This lesion still needs to be cleaned out many, many times. I actually think it is the red caviar that makes this fluid, but I could be WRONG for sure.

Great documentation!!! I say those are really good clear photos! None any better in a dermatology manual, and I have looked at many.

Here's an interesting question you pose:
Did you see the brown spots PRIOR to an eruption or coinciding with the eruption of the lesion?

Perhaps this could be a symptom that may be a precursor to a more entrenched form of this disease. I know we all get "liver spots" as we age, but I have seen the brown spots appear before small pimple/bumps appear on my body. I don't have your lesions, however.

How have the doctors "explained" these lesions?

Oh and also, Baraka,

The yellow goo you describe seeping from the new lesion could be serum, which is your blood withOUT the red blood cells. Serum looks yellow in a test tube.

So....is it possible that your blood has been separated when burbling to the surface of the lesion? Could the bright red stuff be oxygenated red blood cells (easy to ID under the 'scope) and the yellow goo be the serum?????

The blood plasma (serum) alone is straw-colored, but the red blood cells change color depending on the state of the hemoglobin: when combined with oxygen the resulting oxyhemoglobin is scarlet, and when oxygen has been released the resulting deoxyhemoglobin is darker, appearing bluish through the vessel wall and skin. Pulse oximetry takes advantage of this color change to directly measure the arterial blood oxygen saturation using colorimetric techniques.

I just saw your post labeled "Juell". I am running out the door right now but want to share more personal info with you and others at a future date. I started with "Is there a Crytpo Test" as my introduction, so you might find some part of my story in that thread.

I am in "show mode" though, and my focus on illness has to be quelled as I get my show (100 dancers) up on the stage and looking good! May is a month of no sleep, usually, but I must not do that to my body, or my symptoms will get worse. So.....I will be scant in posting on this forum till after May 30.

Please see my posting "Medusa vs Morgellons." I propose a formatting concept for info organization, that if not already in progress on this site, should be, in my humble opinion. We could go about it the way, Wikipedia does, with each person making contributions.

B, you ARE a leader, a scout, and a photojournalist. Keep up the great work! Comparing/cataloging pics and notes will help us all!

Many bacteria are dependent on iron for metabolism, iron-loving "iron bacteria" they call them. Did the doctors or health department test you or your water pipes for "iron bacteria" that might be in higher concentrations than normal? Water treatment plants deal with this type of bacteria and have mechanisms in place to precipitate out the iron oxide with the bacteria attached, to purify the water we drink and bath in. Google "iron bacteria".

While some bacteria thrive on iron, others HATE it and are killed by its presence.

This may explain why my "iron bath" cured my 2 year old rash overnight. I postulate that the iron-loving bacteria in my rusty bath water must have met head on with an iron-phobic type of bacteria that I harbored in my skin.

Have you had any other high iron blood levels since 2004? How did they treat it? EDTA? Dialysis? DE? (or secret?)
