The 'C' Shapes

Hi all,

Niecy mentioned the other week about getting thousands of black 'c' shapes from her skin, before now.

I've seen a few around since....so here they are, with thanks for providing these girls:

Bannanny's C shape on Lymebusters that came from her head:



Dragonfly's:



Rocklady's:




They seem different in texture, but are intriguing hey. And do they all have one end shaped differently? I cant quite see Dfly if yours does?

I dont have any measurement of these presently, lets see if any more show up.

Hi Jo...great idea to post these together. I will look thru mine as soon as i get away from some sticky sea squirts. Just for reference, here is a red abalone larvae in its veliger stage of development.

The C-Shaped I could post a few of those. Here are some samples of fibers I had no clue were in my huge nose lesions! A few others pics too.

Skin beetle larvae look like some diptera (fly) larvae, so I'll clock it and try and find a good photo of some.

If the c was stretched out I am guessing it would be approx. 1/4 inch I have gotten 5 so far (in 3 years)

Dragonfly, that would be about the same size as the ones I have gotten out of me.....but hundreds, if not thousands of them. I really, really need a microscope so I can compare my "stuff" with all of you. Hope you are well.

Jo....that was some pretty interesting stuff huh? I will pm ya about the wedding. Give me a few days though?

I would like to ask all of you to say a prayer for me, I have an appointment tomorrow before a Social Security Disability judge, at 1:00 pm. I was told in November of 2004 to sign up, and this is the first time I have had a hearing, almost four years later. I really could use the income....

The black things are waterproof all weather hats for the fibers!!! MAYBE! Hey there dragonfly that is some growning fibers you have there, mine are ever so small if at all. You really have to wonder the ability of nature to adapt to eat and utilize all the synthetic compounds we are fed in the food. I have to wonder if this sort of thing is a result of the compounds we now ingest, we are a biology lab ourselves inside a very complex one infact. Hope all is well.
