I have a machine for this and it comes with a far infa red belt, I don't know if any of it is good, great or a hoax but that belt sure does sooth my aching kidneys. I wonder if the water used in my machine is clear when I am finished with treatment, does that mean I am PURE and can wear white???????

Dove I'm, really glad you put your input on here.I have had great results from these pads.Even my vet uses them now.I have one on my shoulder blade at the moment and the wicked pain I was having there
is nothing like it was.
I think these pads are much of a muchness wherever they are bought from.

'Detoxifying' Foot Pads are a Scam

An NPR experiment on Kinoki foot pads tested to see if they'd drawn anything out of a reporter's body.

Reporter Sarah Varney and her husband bought some “detoxifying” Kinoki foot pads and wore them to bed. In the morning, they both awoke find the pads covered in the brown mess that the advertisement had promised. But when they took the foot pads to a lab and had them analyzed and compared with unused pads, the used pads were almost identical to the blank.

Further experimentation showed that the “gunk” in the pads shows up if you hold the pad over a pot of boiling water. Who knew steam had "metabolic waste"?

Hi Hilly,

The black stuff is the bamboo vinegar. They turn black and gooey in water/sweat, so I'd call it deception if any sellers claim this colour is caused by toxins coming from the body.

BUT I do believe this bamboo vinegar infused through the skin does help...especially Morgies. Pretty sure they stopped my sore throat the other week.

TCM posted the benefits of bamboo vinegar somewhere in this thread...

Hi Jo, yes, peeps should look up the Mercola article... it goes on to say there are benefits in some ways, tho' probably not in the detox sence... personally I'm trying anything and everything I can afford in my efforts to beat the morg... not doing too well at present, but I blame the moon ! ! lol..
