| Hope you're not all sick of these yet, but I have one more picture of this on going lesion, that has since become two. I decided to not wear the bandaid to work yesterday, wear makeup (mainly powder) and attempt to dry out and force a scab on these. Well, apparently I pissed them off, because when I got home, there were tons of "beans" popping out, many very large and long. I shot this picture before I began plucking them out. I did the makeup thing again today and they actually seem to be doing better (knock on wood). The first day was extremely painful though. I finally ordered some DSP, so I'm anxiously awaiting it's arrival to hopefully clear these buggers up once and for all. Here's the picture link: http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c2...s/DSC00199.jpg Beans, beans, the magical fruit, the more you pluck the more you.......scream son of a %$*@#! why does it hurt so *&$%# bad! *@$%#! ouch. |

| Hi megluth, Looks all too familiar and in the same place on my face! I hope you get your dsp very soon, it helped mine stop spreading and helps a scab (? not a scab, but a covering) form that almost looks like skin. Notice how the lesions start to form a arrow-head pattern after they heal? Maybe not in everyone else's case but everyone I have met with this (except for the one member here but i'll let this person remain anonymous (hi!)) has weird patterns on arms, legs, neck and face. ~jonsi Beans, beans, are good for your heart, the more you pick the more you ....scream son of a %$*@#! why does it hurt so *&$%# bad! *@$%#! ouch.

| I just saw this photo you posted today. I had the same results using st. johns wort. The week of my sons wedding i only used st. johns wort(in powder/water paste). The lesions swelled, the top came off easily. But, for two days that i wore makeup....even the slightest breeze would be painful(my sons wedding rehersal and wedding day were outside). My face looked ok with makeup, but underneath it was a constant pain. I was using the wort , by wearing it at night on the lesions as a dry covering....because soda sessions take time and i was at a loss for time. I was glad to get back to soda sessions, which i understand. I never did understand the beans swelling up so much and being so painful. On first glance i thought ...gosh...alot more is going to come out. On second thought, i worried that they LIKE the wort and fill up on it. I just dont understand it. If the makeup, (and likewise the wort)...got morgellons out, then the only treatment would need to be wearing makeup everyday til they are gone. Does anyone wear makeup everyday but still have the lesions? Soooooo, after your photo(and thanks for sharing this), did the whole lesion clear out, or are you still dealing with it? |

Just a thought about the makeup. I know this is an obvious thing, but it took me a while to realize. I threw out all my makeup foundation. I rarely wear it so it had been around a while. Even if not, once it's contaminated from even bacteria on your fingers, it's a done deal. Now I bought some which you squeeze from a tube and never let my fingers touch the makeup. I had major problems with my face breaking out until I realized it. They were lesions also and were not healing. Even if my situation wasn't Morgs and yours is, if there is any bacteria involved this would be important to keep in mind I think.Kritters |

| In response to the makeup question - I've been wearing the mineral wear power/foundation only on the lesion area, but only since they've been healing up. Prior to them beginning to heal I wore a bandaid and no makeup on them. When I first got the large lesion, I would wear foundation, etc. on it to cover it up, but after about an hour it would ooze the clear liquid and make a very dark makeup spot. By the end of the day I had a huge oozing makeup scab that looked aweful. A bandaid looked much better, let me tell ya! As for my lesions, the large one is 90% healed (knock on wood!) due to DSP (or as I like to call it, the Magical Mystery Miracle cream). Problem is that this stuff (morgs) is moving and created two new spots just south of the two healing lesions (yippee). I've been putting the DSP all over my chin to avoid the relocation, but it happened anyway. This time though I know of things to clean it out and head it off early. Hopefully, if these things are going to persist, they won't ever get as large as the one I photographed. Only time will tell I guess. ![]() |
