| D and J, to tell you the truth I have always wanted too. I am a very big animal lover. Problem is, we are trying to keep the boards manageable and I don't think there is enough people who want to talk about it or have enough information about pets with morgellons. |

| The way I noticed that my pet was infected was due to the dried up dead larvae on the bottom of the dogs cage that we kept in the kitchen. It had a plastic bottom and I would clean it daily. It was quite noticable that it was the same shape and appearance as what was coming from my skin. Small black half moon shape. That was a good question. Also he has the white fuzz fibers that float up into the air just like we do. Morgan |

| Hi guys, I'm just building a website and have, so far, included the following ideas on pet symptoms and treatment. Anymore thoughts, please shout. Jo xxx Pets Research currently views Morgellons Disease to be zoonotic - capable of being shared between animals and humans. Reports from sufferers speak of poorly dogs, cats and horses in particular. Their symptoms can be much like humans. Here's some specific signs: -Itching and scratching -Sudden erratic movements - as if something has bitten them -Twitching muscles in sleep -Long fur growing in between paws (cats and dogs) -Static hair and greater hair lose -Dry, pale hairs growing from coat -White particles in coat -Small fibres coming out of coat -Sores and patches on legs -Shedding of splintered claws (cats) -Appetite problems -Weight loss or gain -Lethargic, more sleepy than usual -Change in mood - causing depression or aggression Treatments -Treat them regularly with dewormers -Treat them regularly with flea treatment -Supplement their diet with vitamins and minerals including Vit C & E -Include oily fish in food or Omega 3 supplements. Cat hair balls may become more of a problem - hairball paste or hairball control food may help -If your pet has loose stools, try mixing Aloe vera in food -Wet comb their coat daily -Use a clothes brush or delinting roller to help reduce coat particles during the day -Rub their coats with aluminium foil to reduce static hair -Use a non-toxic enzyme cleaning/shampoo product for their coats, such as Bug Arrest or Eco-vie -Use DSP cream on sores -Give your pet a massage to help to drain their lymphatic system (Bug Arrest and Eco-vie are enzyme plant based products that kill insects, bacterias, fungus, grease. They are safe to be used externally on plants, animals, humans and around your home, car and garden.) |

| Jo~you posted some great info! My kitties are old (16+ years). These are the symptoms I have noticed: -Itching and scratching -Sudden erratic movements - as if something has bitten them -Twitching muscles in sleep -Static hair and greater hair lose -Dry, pale hairs growing from coat -White particles in coat -Small fibres coming out of coat -Shedding of splintered claws (cats) *yes! I find cat nails all aver the place! Because of their age I won't give them anything internally. I do spray them (along with the rest of my house and daughter and me) with eco-vie and bug arrest. It really does help. A good air filter is necessary in combating the floating fibers. I have a couple of ionic-pro air filters. In the white light, ~jonsi
