What precautions should be taking to not gain or spread critters?

We can't all afford our own machines. Sometimes they come with an apartment building.

i've been thinking about this...given that my laundry (up until the last week or so) has continued to bother me, i haven't felt like i'm the most qualified to answer!

however, when i talked to my practitioner this week, she told me to make sure that periodically, i'm running the machine through with ecovie or bleach only--no clothes.

she also suggested i spray my lint screen after each use with the ecovie (diluted of course)

if you wanted to make sure you were applying due diligence, maybe doing something like this or comparable (pick your poison: kleen green, bug arrest, etc etc)after each use would be worth it---if only for your peace of mind.

then there's always the theory that all of this is out there all of time anyway, and we're just the sensitive ones. if that's the case, we can't really protect other folks.
