Re: Laundry help for Front Loader... Hiya all!
Jo you wrote: Harsh, but does seem to work. An alternative maybe to spray your clothes with ecovie or salt and shove them straight in the washing machine until you've got a full load.
(Is this what you do Kritts??)
You are SO my brain twin!!!!!!!
I use the same as you to wash. salt, oxystuff, borox. My clothes are not very bright and cheery as a result, unfortunately, but oh well.
I begin a soak with a few items and add (right, Jo) ecovie and stuff, then fill 'er up when I have more to add. That gives them added time for the good stuff to penetrate and also keeps the bad stuff at bay, away from other items.
Hey guess what else I started doing? (what, Kritts?) Well, I've been bathing in the good ol' ecovie, salt and peroxide (sometimes I use selsun blue for bubbles ;-) and rather than empty the tub, I through all kinds of things in the tub to soak in it such as hairbrushes and combs, washcloths, anything in sight. I call it recycling.
Which brings me to another thought which I mentioned a long time ago here. I hope everyone is continually washing your hair brushes, etc and sterilizing your toothbrush daily in H202. In fact, we should probably keep a glass with peroxide and whatever you choose for the toothbrush to stand in upside down so as not to continually reinfect ourselves.
Okay, well....enough helpful hints from Heloise today!
Love y'all!
