Default Citric Acid

I know this has been disscussed in the past but I'm too lazy to look for the info.
How do you use the Citric Acid when it's in a crystal form.?
I brought it months ago because it was so cheap but have no idea how to use it .
Thanks Carla xx

Hi ya Carla,

Marc mentions is in his washing protocol: "Then when the main washing program starts, pour in approx. one pound of concentrate citric acid powder to remove the hard tissue plague."

Also can be used in spray bottles for environment. I used it in my bath once, but didnt see any effects.

I think it's in Bubba's protocol, too. I used to use 2 Tablespoons per wash load along with detergent, Borax, etc. It began eating thru my washer tub, though, and I had to buy a new washing machine.

Also, someone who had corresponded with "Tam-Tam" (I think it was) recommended mixing 1 teaspoon Citric Acid with 1 tsp. shampoo in 1 C. of water and showering with it. I do this often and it feels GOOD!!!
BUT BE CAREFUL - DON'T GET IT IN YOUR EYES! You don't want to burn your eyes out along with burning out the Morgies.

I've used Gene's citric shampoo on occasion as a relief shower on a bad day and it seemed to cleanse really well and quiet things down fro a while, if that's any help.

I also used the Burt's Bees citric facial cleanser as a shaving cream (yes, I'm a guy) and it helps too.

Carla,
I think any citric acid is good - lemon wipes, orange furniture wipes. A spot of lemon juice in your drinking water also seems to be beneficial.

Although lemons are acidic, when in your body they are alkaline. I begin my day with lemon water upon arising and drink it throughout the day with a dropperful of h202 and some other things depending on my mood.
