Thanks. I tried the tweet in the shower.. diluted and it seems to help. The one thing that has helped me a lot is the Azufre sulfur soap (drugstore.com??)
I forget, I ordered 20 bars. It was recommended by MCS, leave it on for 4-5 minutes, shut the shower off and pray. Then rinse it off and continue whatever routine you do. I use it on every inch of my body including my hair.

Doesn't smell too great and you will feel some stinging sensation in your "active spots" ( I do not have lesions yet either). Just let it sit.
I use the New Hope II afterwards. Not a cure, but at least I can sleep in my bed, to me after a year, THAT is a miracle!

All the best and God Bless.

Default success with hand sanitizer

After experimenting with Jo's protocol of hand sanitizers, neem, & gse, to expell lots of stuff, I discovered (after trying out just about every brand of sanitizer available here) that hand sanitizer just by itself stops the new "stings" & "itchies" for me. The most effective for me is purell with aloe.

I just apply a generous amount & rub the area. For me, this stops the attack and sometimes draws out the attacker (sometimes a black spec, sometimes a fiber, etc). I do not have to use any neem or gse...just use it by itself.

For some reason this version is a little higher in ethyl alcohol @65% than others. This one is green (yes, I am ignoring the dyes) and this one draws stuff out more for me and does not become "sticky" like the clear version same brand. The ingredients are slightly different too.

It is readily available and the price is reasonable. This is sounding like a commercial...but folks it REALLY helps me lately. Just offering it as another alternative...would be great if others get some relief & similar results.

I also like the bug arrest for stopping new attacks..but it does not "draw" anything out.

I too swear by the DSP cream and last time I ordered a couple of jars it came in just 3 days. Great stuff, great service.

rl

ps If you wanna work on getting more stuff expelled...then follow Jo's recipe mix (the key is getting the right ethanol (ethyl alcohol) as she says.

Hi Rocklady,
You are right about the Purell, it realy does help to bring a lot of this
stuff out. I have been using it for a good while now. Still no cure though.

P.S,
My little grandaughter Claudia wrote this for me. She just wanted to,
and says hi to everyone.

It's great to see you Rocklady!!!

The alcohol in the hand gels/rubs opens up the skin pores and seems to subdue some and kill some the skin elements. Great to hear about the purell with aloe Rocks.

Another topical angle - Essential oils have been a major part of my journey towards health. Mixed with moisturisers/shampoos/saline bath water, they can be powerful. Two that draw out white debris for me are citronella, trea tree and cinnamon, ah, that's 3 lol

A good indicator of how well a treatment is drawing stuff out, is by wearing black.

Checkin the insides after a few hours may tell you which parts of your body is most effected. In fact Rocklady and Pat suggested wearing black ski thermals, and well, I never leave home without them - like these but pants too:
