i do know dizziness can be caused by iner ear infection. the fluid in inner ear is in a coil maintains balance , the middle ear is the eardrum. there are also tiny bones inside which help resonate sound, kind of like a telegraph does. that is why when one spins around they get dizzy the fluid spins too in the coil and we get dizzy. if fuid infected in there can cause dizziness.two other possible reason for dizziness : chronic fatigue, and sometimes this disease can do physical damage to the nervous system which is reversible. so helen could very well be the ears. you can go to regular doc, (NO talk of morgellons disease have them check your ears. can tell them have bee feeling dizzy and if ears feel infected can mention that.
