yes i know about this burn all too well. here is what can do to relieve the intensity, go to the drugstore get pure aloe vera gel, will help take the fire out. when well enough to soak, make sure not hot water but more tepid as a precaution. i think this is a herx reaction. apply aloe veras gel to burned areas.can also try an aveeno bath when better. no you did nothing wrong, search this forum for burn on chest, i have had to endure this many times. hope this helps, (LC). p.s. this is a skin manifestaion of disease some experience. if burn not relieved enough by aloe vera gel, see a doc but tell them you got sunburned or something but not about disease.

So sorry to hear that Brenda!
Bubba posted somewhere today that you shouldn't use peroxide and oxy in the same treatment and maybe thats why youve been feeling burned.
If you can get your hands on a live aloe vera plant you can slice it open and rub it on your burned areas. Its even better from a live plant.
I hope this gets better soon

i have no tub so there can't be a bath or a soak that's why i have to do sprays and no $ for dr.
it really didn't hurt me as much as i first thought it would so i guess its all ok or maybe when i take a shower i'll find out for sure. thank you, lc, for your response and bubba to your pm. one thing's for sure, no matter how long we live or how much we see...it might be big, it might be small, but we DO learn SOMETHING every, and i mean every, day. i'm gonna go and jump in the shower. i will skip a treatment tonight and use my glycerin soap and curel lotion and see if i am driven batty by the morgs.

Hey Brenda -- I'm so sorry to hear about your latest misery. As always, I'm amazed by your ability to keep a positive outlook regardless of the various tortures. When I'm feeling like that, I'm just a big ole complainer. You go girl!
