About the doxycycline assertation being from Frito.I assumed that she was stating that it helped due to her finding DNA and bacteria growing inside a black spot from M. I read that doxycycline could destroy the bacteria which was E-coli,pnuemonia,and clamydia, that could be destroyed with doxycycline.I didn't mean to suggest that you,TC was who stressed the use of it.Where is the lab work showing the presence of dna?Was it posted?

This is completely incorrect. Because you read that doxy is effective doesn't mean I am taking it. My samples did yield positive monocultures of klebsiella oxytoca and E coli. Of which both are resistent to multiple classes of antibiotics. Here in is my problem and doxy is not the solution.

And it was from these identified cultures that grew black specks not the other way around. And I showed these in slides. Also I posted the lab results as well.

Nor did I make any statement directly about DNA except in the discussions of biofilm, and your lack of understanding that in any biofilm environment, DNA will be found. Which is much different than discussions of previous lab work on fibers and lack of DNA being identified.

It sems that what is being stated is that a biofilm has been isolated and that dna was present? Where was the bio film found and was the dna sequenced?

my specimens were sent to a lab and they stated hat no dna had been found in any samples from any sufferers that had sent them in to be tested.

Posey, This bio film if you notice runs in a vein my lesions develop right on vein sometimes several. the film come out my nose and eyes and is most certainly in our blood. it hides from any drug that might attack it. hope your feeling b etter sammy

If I had actually coded with no spaces in my example you would only see the next paragraph. I added the spaces to my example only so you can see the proper code to use.
