| I have just recently noticed that I have these little bumps inside of my mouth, all along the insides of my cheeks and inside the upper and lower lips underneath my nose. Not lesions or open sores, but little lumps inside the interior mouth lining. I can't even be sure if I've always had them, or if they're a new symptom/manifestation. Does/has anyone else have this? |

| You might want to be tested for herpes viral infections which are quite often reactivated in adulthood, especially is there is a trigger such as illness or excessive stress. Treatment with anti-viral medicines may greatly improve how you feel if this is part of your infection picture. Please pm me if you are interested in the list of doctors in your state who might help you with such testing. I will be glad to help you. Personally I do not think natural treatments are enough to treat herpes viral infections though cutting down on the foods which can worsen these infections (those foods high in arginine worsen herpes) may help you. There's a discussion on the forum with links to references which discuss foods to avoid if herpes viral infections are suspected. Nuts is a big one, especially peanuts. And soy too. Coconut oil may help, if used regularly. Permalink 3 and 5 on this thread have some discussion of diet and herpes: morgellons-disease-research.com/Morgellons-Message-Board/morgellons-treatment/4112-living-morgellons-treatment-suggestions-29.html#post29245 I would not just assume your symptom and mine is caused by the same issue though. Testing to make sure would probably be best. quote=annesco;87761]I have just recently noticed that I have these little bumps inside of my mouth, all along the insides of my cheeks and inside the upper and lower lips underneath my nose. | I would bet it is Herpies, what I would be interested in is what KIND of Herpy's. I know somewone else that has been developing this, I mentioned it to her, it happens most at the time of her period. |

| It's interesting, as they're like little cysts that move around inside of the skin, like beads. I will research it a bit more. Since I haven't had a period in four years, it definitely isn't linked to that... Odd, because I had been taking extra virgin coconut oil daily for a few months and just recently stopped. I do eat a lot of almonds though, for the minerals, protein and alkalinity. We shall see... thanks! |

| My doctor tested for four different herpes infections, Simplex 1 and 2 and HHV6 and 7. In the past I had high levels on an epstein barr test but the test results said it was an old infection. Therefore at the time it was not treated. Eating a fish which contained ciguatera toxin evidently triggered my two more recent herpes (simplex 1 which causes cold sores and HHV 6 which causes roseola) infections which the doctor called reactivated infections. I still have my doubts that diet alone along with herbs will control this type of infection sufficiently as that has not been my experience, having tried that herbal route first along with other natural protocols. It has made are real difference to have used some antibiotics and some antiviral drugs along with some use of Ivermectin. Anyway, after taking many, many strong herbal teas from the TCM tradition I would say that if a herpes viral infection is involved it may be better to get at least some help from Western medicine, especially since I see a link to what is happening to some of the animals in the sea, like the dolphins and whales and what is happening to many of us (from the reported infections of both groups of mammals). These animals are having some of the same symptoms we are, including the lesions and herpes infections. The sum of all their many issues (including also fungal, bacterial and parasitic infections) seems to have been enough to kill some of them which is why I feel it is so important for us all to find out what infections are involved in our illnesses. I imagine the type of herpes viral infections would vary from person to person. I am fairly sure that not everyone will have an active herpes infection. quote=Baraka Obam;87765]I would bet it is Herpies, what I would be interested in is what KIND of Herpy's. | I used to get lumps just inside the lips, pretty much all the way around but not always. Sometimes a rogue one trying to sneak further into the mouth. This would occur with the same cycle of whatever the M was doing. And usually with junk around the outside too. The inside lumps quit happening although-just about 2 days ago I found a larger sized red bump on the underside of my tongue. I don't even know what caused me to look there 'cuz there was no pain. I messed with it awhile but couldn't get any action out of it. It's still there but if I hadn't seen it before I'd never know because it's now trying to be camoflauged msp.? right on a vein. Oh, now I remember what made me look there. My face and arms had been clearing up somewhat, so of course I was suspicious and I was trying to find out where "everybody" was going. Have you had that happen? I seen it mentioned many times. An area will clear up only to explode somewhere else. It's happening to me right now but this time I'm getting larger spots in their regular spots. All these places on shoulders and upper back-upper chest, either light tan or white in color. Look like what any doc would insist are scars. Growing scars. Just like the "scabs" we get. Don't normal scabs become smaller as their job comes to an end? And usually only form to protect an injury? For 45 yrs. that's what I observed. But what do I know? I'm gonna be quiet now before this turns into too much ranting outside of the rant thread. |

| I would imagine if all issues are healing up and somthing new erupts i would more likely assume the immune system caused the lesion to out itself. If you read alot about this disease you will find many time people one day clean nice skin the next day covered with lesions. I think the immune system finally got pushed to the brink and said I CAN NOT TAKE ANYMORE, for some reason it recongnizes the culprit. This is a hidden systemic issue, the lesion part as well as it hides under the skin, its almost impossible to find. |
