| Here is something that just came to me, I have to wonder if Franky has put all our symptom disease in the background of this site, it should have TONS of hits. With all we talk about here we should have a real deal top web site. Just a few moments ago I had to wonder if I would get a hit on the MDR site if I goggled itching, after all itching is one of our major topics, THE ANSWER IS NO. I did not see anything about morgellons on the top of the list, SOME CRAZY CRAP ABOUT NERVES, Holy Cow. Can you believe that, the greatest Doctor LIE was on top, NERVES. I was thinking somebody is hiding the web results for ITCHING and all our other symptoms, they have to be, there are too many people that have this disease. If we all were to search our symptoms and post on the top sites about morgellons and our symptoms, NOT THE CRAZY SOUNDING STUFF but our symptoms and direct them to the MDR site maybe just maybe our real number will start to come clear. If we post anything, post with all of our most prevalent symptoms. I know the newbys will NEVER understand, to post lint, parasites, bugs and other such things will keep us in the dark, crazy as loons. These items will say, your crazy, still they must be heard they do not care about the end result only there resolve, they think if they scream soon somebody will hear them, they will know they are sane, sorry, the louder you scream crazy sounding things the sooner somebody is gonna put a sticky on your back that says kick me I have bugs. So how about searching out your health issues going to all these sites and see if the post stays posted, I have a funny feeling somebody is deleting them. Yellow fluid, sores, dermatology, lesions, itching, skin problems on feet, hair loss, allopecia, keratosis, tinitus, bells palsey, look for your issues and then post them on every and any site. Debunk the doctors, if you find one that says D.Op> we can all go to that site and give him /her hell. I think this would be fun, fill web MD with what is really causing the increase in disease. Don't believe me goggle your symptom disease's and see what comes up. |

| Itching is not a major symptom for me but taking the challenge to google a symptom that many with M suffer I put 'itching diseases' into the search engine. Voila! Number 6 using this search uncovered the following although the date given on this link is from 2006: Mysterious Skin Disease Causes Itching, Loose Fibers - ABC News › GMA › America's Health › GMA OnCall It may not be MDR but it is a hit about M on the first page of that search. It would help if folks would tag their threads here with key words, like with the word 'itching' though as that's so general a search and the internet so vast it would probably get buried by other more well known causes for itching. But you never know. With luck it might pop up on the first page of a search using just the word 'itching.' I would like to say that believing that all our posts are disappearing or being erased is interesting but hardly true. When doing searches on the computer that old saying still applies: garbage in, garbage out. Try being a bit more precise in searches and you will come up with a plethora of M posts on various forums (even MDR) and blogs and even on pubmed. Those who see conspiracies in every corner also do a disservice to the cause of having M ever recognized as a disease (of some sort, about all we know with any certainty now). It is not just newbies who help ensure that those with M are given a DOP label. quote=Baraka Obam;86171]Here is something that just came to me, I have to wonder if Franky has put all our symptom disease in the background of this site, it should have TONS of hits. | I do not see any morgellons posts with itching here. itching - Google Search I was looking for morgellons not thru direct posts addressing Morgellons but just the word itching. Its a good idea if we ad to all the sites that address our symptoms, are you saying that its a stupid idea? |

| Google employes a lot of people to update the google search engine. One way that it is done, is a list of search terms that were entered on the search page, but which returned no resuts, are saved, and an employee gets or obtains a list of those. They then hunt for relevent pages, sites, etc, that include the search term, and compose a results page from their findings. After the results page is compiled and added to the data base, it is generated the next time that particular search term (or phrase) is entered in the search field. Sometimes, a nothing found result will get some hits later in the day or the next day, depending on who is working on what. |
