| Im on day four with the mineral oil and its not bringing out as much as it used to, but it has definitely improved my symptoms of crawling. Its nasty to use and im eager to shower in the morning. But now a new symptom has started. My arms and legs get numb at night and wake me up. Its like ive cramped the blood flow, but i havent. I cant think of anything im using that would do this, and it very well could be unrelated to the m entirely. |

| Is the mineral oil pushing them back in?? I have not mentioned this lately but also I use a Far Infrared Sauna 2-3 times a week. Not the expensive one a well known dr recommends but one that was from a website for 225.00 that you sit in and has holes for your head and arms. Get one that has both the far infrared tiles in the walls and a ceramic heater that sits under the seat. Drink alot of of water or regular herb tea (no sugar) for before you get in so you are well hydrated and have it handy in front of you while in it. For your 1st couple of sessions only stay in about 10 min after you get heated up (sweat starts) then build up as at 1st it may make you feel ill. I spray down the sauna with cleaning enzymes to keep anything from "growing". I now do it it for about 40 min. Still get lesions but it does help push them out faster. Also note I am 5'3 and wish I had bought the bigger one as my knees still hit the front of it. Just sweat them out!! |

| No, i dont think anything is going back in, im still getting a lot of the salt grains out. The crawling feeling has decreased because of it. I get 30 minutes of exercise on the treadmill five days a week. I recently started exercising again now that i feel up to it. Ive gained fifteen lbs in the past couple months after fighting with herbs to beat candida, and im eager to get it off. I have the far infrared light that i use every night. Its a floor light i put at the side of my bed for a couple hours every night. It does work. If i leave it on too long i get nausea. Like i said earlier, it could be totally unrelated to M. Who knows? Ill keep an eye on it. |

| Google symptoms of lymes and you will see, those symptoms are on the list. Your doing good if you are gaining weight. I lost a bunch and then everyone was going "Are You Sick" DUH!!!! I am now starting to retain weight and hope that is a good sign. Also losing because I had to take corn, potatoes and bread off the diet. That is hard!! |

| Yep. I looked it up and there it is. My problem is getting a doctor to test me for Lyme. None of them want to do it. I don't have the classic symptoms and haven't had a tick bite, as far as I know. I would really like to know, though. Hey, while I've got you guys here, do you all take anything, or give your kids anything supplement wise, when they start coming down with an illness? My 15 year old has a sore throat, and if I take her to the dr she'll end up on antibiotics. I'm not sure she even needs them and if I can treat this in the next couple days with something natural and it keeps her symptoms from getting worse, I'd like to do it. |

| My son gets a sore throat all the time and they have never suggested antibiotics. It usually just runs it's course unless it's strep and he's better in a few days. There have been a few times when he has had to have IV fluids for dehydration but still, they never prescribed antibiotics because they say that 80% of the time, it's viral. If it was strep, I would have given him the antibiotic though. I just give him a daily children's multi-vitamin from a Health Food Store and give him lots of fluids. |

| Here is an Alkaline/Acid food list: The Acid/Alkaline Foods List Also get PH test strips from an indepenant pharmacy or healthfood store and make sure you are on the "Alkaline" side. I tested negative for Lymes on the Western Blot. Best to get the CD57 test from Labcorp (they are the only place that has it) you will need to do some research as your doctor most likely never heard of it. If you don't have insurance it is about 100.00 I don't eat corn for several reasons but mainly concerned that we are being contaminated with GMO Agrobacteria. I also cut out dairy and replaced it with coconut milk. My only indulgence is a cup of coffee in the am. I drink then only drink herb tea and have not had a soda from a can in over 2 years. Good luck with your new diet!! It will help!!!! |
