Greetings! I wanted to ask if anyone else has taken the sole cushions out of their shoes and looked down in their shoes with a flashlight? I did this because I kept having the black spec fibers on my socks and previously movement, itching and biting/crawling sensations. I got to a point where I changed the soles, sprayed the shoes with anti fungal spray and would wear a pair of socks more than once or twice before throwing them away. I finally threw one pair of boots away. I was throwing a lot of things away and still do if I feel they may have hidden fibers waiting to reinfest. Has anyone else done this or considered shoes/socks or clothes as a source of reinfestation? Caution not paranoiia is my stance. I guess the more porous the material, the more they hide. Shoes are a great hiding place, fungus, dark, damp, ect,, Lucky my car has full leather. Matress seems okay but I wonder about comforters, pillows andmatress cushion covers ect. Guess I'm trying to see if anyone else noticed the shoes as a nesting place for Morgellons? Godspeed!

Oh, no...do i even want to look? The main shoes i wear dont have a fabric insole. I do get movement in my feet most of all, but its been getting better. The mineral oil has been helping a lot. It brings out things that the Theraneem doesnt. The Theraneem gets out goo, the mineral oil brings out hard stuff. Together theyre wonderful. Maybe i should have posted that elsewhere...

Polly, no? Really? I found enough material to start a Morgellons colony in one boot. Stubborn me, didn't want to toss an expensive boot out, so I got as much as I could, out of the boot. Even sprayed it with anti fungal spray, ecosmart, heck, I even powdered them with DE DIATOMACEOUS EARTH. THEN, I WOULD CHANGE TO A NEW PAIR OF SOCKS. I used to wear black boot cut socks, but switched to white so I could identify the Morgellons easier. Anyway, I kept getting the biting and crawling so I finally got rid of the boots. They were still in great shape, so forgive me as I mourn the loss of my favorite boots. ![]() Concerning the mineral oil, I was interested in that post of the guy who put plastic on his rocking chair and drowned them day and night with the mineral oil. One can only have so many ongoing treatments at one time. So, I put that one in the reserve.smiles. As far as the goo... if we are talking about the same thing? Is that the black smudge? I have seen it more than once. I assumed it was the organism remains when it dies or is killed. Reminds me of black mold. Theraneem.. I'll have to look it up. Ttyl Godspeed!

Yeah, my symptoms aren't as severe as most on here. But I'm not that observant. I really don't want to look. I know the damn dust is freakin' everywhere. Shoes, closet, purse, diaper bag, you name it.

Oh, no. Order yourself a bottle of Theraneem from Amazon, rub it into a place that's bothering you, and a bunch of white goo rubs out. I find that when I rub this crap out, I feel a lot less movement. Especially in my lower legs. I do it every night after I bathe. I wish I could say it is less and less every day, but no, it's the same. Also, when I look at these blobs under the microscope, they have a short blue fiber in them. Every single one. The mineral oil pulls out hard things. Like the article I sent you talked about. I think they said they were the young parasite. I am seeing less and less of them as I use the mineral oil. I hope that's because there are less of them. I don't know. I know I feel a lot less crawling in the areas I pull them out of. Hey, it's non toxic and cheap. Worth a try, huh?
