| My last, year long complete remission coincided with a light sprinkling of roach pruf (aka fine powdered boric acid) under my bed sheets. There were many other protocols at the time, so I cannot place it on this alone (or indeed whether it was just chance), but I wondered what others have to say about boric acid. It has antiinsect and antifungal properties, and being not as toxic as other types of insecticides and operating in a completely different manner (ie its not a neurotoxin, more comparable in some ways to salt), it seems of possible benefit. edited. | No it's not - borax is made from boric acid though. Boric acid - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Also, I shouldn't say it's non - toxic - you don't want to eat it or anything or be overexposed to it for long periods. It was a risk, with uncertain results, and I can't recommend it to anyone. But I know its been tried with some slight success for troublesome mites (which may have been 'M').
