| Hi guys! Welcome to all the new people. These are a few things that I have incorporated into my daily health care in my fight against morgellons and to attain optimum health. Like any thing taken into your body, please research any possible interactions with any pharmaceutical drugs you are taking, and also keep in mind any other conditions you may also be suffering from (ie. Diabetes ect.) before ingesting. Talk to your doctor. This is very important when we talk about responsible juicing. Also, start slow, for instance I only do 1 ounce of aloe Vera juice daily,... and veg juicing... I keep to no more than 1 fluid cup daily. | This is a great way to heal your mouth and drain your sinuses. They say it will help any thing, but I don't buy that part, but it will do wonders for your teeth and mouth health. After about 5 days of doing this once daily, your teeth will look like they have been individually cleaned and polished. You may get dark circles under your eyes, and also have some strange things erupt in your mouth. This is from toxins that are coming out of the body. You will easily eliminate mucus, and will probably do this a lot during the day. | This is one thing that I never did, drink enough water. This is so incredibly important. Don't underestimate the need for this to get healthy and remain that way. This was / is a big issue for me and I have to consciously sit down and drink a big glass of water a few times a day! |

| First let me say (because I personally did this) don't kamikaze juice! you WILL feel bad. Go slow. Your looking at this as medicine, not as smoothie to be enjoyed as a treat. If your new to this like me, ( learned the hard way on this point) don't juice fruits, eat them yes, but don't juice them now. Way too much sugar!! Not good for us! Juicing is powerful stuff, so once again research any vegetables that you want to juice ,to see how it may react to any other health issues you have in addition to morgellons. Start with vegetables that grow above ground, root vegetables tend to have more sugar than green leafy veggies. the root veggies are really good for you, but don't juice them yet. So this means things like kale and other leafy veggies, cucumbers, celery ect. You can juice some ginger and garlic as well. | Janice, great suggestions! I actually started dry brushing and oil pulling a few days ago along with taking a high dose organic daily vitamin. I just want to add that if a person starts to feel sick while starting all this, back off for a day or two (or make sure you can stay home in bed). I couldn't believe the herxing! But then again, I'm sensitive to everything. ![]() |

| Ive done the oil pulling once with coconut oil. I didnt see the importance so i stopped. My teeth are becoming super sensitive and if it will help them ill take it back up. What oils do you recommend? I also have a dry brush that i bought and never used. |

| Polly, I use coconut oil. I can only do it for about five minutes max because of my TMJ. It didn't do anything until after the third time. On the third day, I had all kinds of things coming out of my gums and the roof of my mouth. The soft pallet was so sensitive that I couldn't eat much but this all went completely away after a day or two. Now my gums are stronger. |
