Scalp bumps, thinning hair and weird rash on chest

Hi all. I am not sure if i have this or not as but i have had thinning hair for some time now i feel as though i am going bald, i have noticed over the last two to 3 years i have been getting bumps and cystic areas all over my scalp. Some are fluid filled, and others have fiber like centers. Now after being broken which i do not do intentionally around the inner area where it broke it does looks as though there are clear, i guess, fiber looking tissue *if that's what it actually is*. They are increasing in amount and frequency also.

I have, from the bottom of my chest, only in the middle between my breasts up to the top of my chest and across to the ens of the clavicle there is an odd rash like patch of dry flake y skin the snakes. At first i thought it was ringworm BUT ringworm is circular and raised from the rest of the skin just barely. Anyway i have had ringworm as a child so i know what it looks like. I have had this going on near 3 years. It is not the full area affected, it is just areas that stem away from the rest. Within these areas i break out *not sure what else to call it* and get open sores that again are like the ones on my scalp that do occasionally have a look when broken like there are clear fibers. Almost like cooked rice noodles but super tiny.

I do get a crawly sensation, scalp is tender and do get knots on my head, not cysts, zits or pustules. Actual knots that feel like they slowly inflame to push something out, and then abotu 4 weeks later... a rice noodle like center but these are solid white unlike the other which are clear. ooooo and forgot on occasion i have found reddish looking thready like things.

i have yet to find solidly colored fibers but was wondering if anyone else has had symptoms similar to this.

Lastly, i will sadly say that i only became familiar with Morgellons via a show i just watched called, Ancient Aliens lol. Yah i know... but despite the possibility i have to wonder if this disease is not Nano tech because i am not aware of anything in nature, ours at least, that could created fibers. Anyone else thinking this?:confused
