| Wal Mart Organic Sugar Guess what I found in my organic, unbleached sugar from Wal Mart? The one in the "easy-pour" plastic jug? On the outside it looked like unbleached sugar. That was just the outer layer. Inside was a huge chunk, more than half of what was in the container, of white, bleached sugar. I think they were using regular sugar and coloring it to appear unbleached and missed some. I can't tell you the brand but it has a sunburst on the front and comes in a plastic jug. |

| My doctor spoke to me at my last visit about avoiding GE foods and that they could be contributing to my disease. How would one know what they are eating? You can't avoid all processed foods. It is virtually impossible. |
