| I am too emotional for words so will just paste this here to share will everyone. Gwen "Sunny" Simmons ================================================ Obituaries for May 10, 2011 - enterprise-journal.com: Obituaries Dr. William Tarver Harvey, 73, of San Antonio, Texas, and a native of Liberty, 73, died May 4, 2011, of a heart attack in San Antonio. A memorial service will be held at the U.S. Air Force Academy in the near future. Dr. Harvey was the son of Cordelia Williams and Thomas Elijah “E.T.” Harvey. He earned his undergraduate degree and wings at the U.S. Air Force Academy. Soon after, he became a physician, earning his M.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University. He spent much of his career with NASA, focusing on the medical challenges to humans in space. A seasoned traveler, in his time he saw the entire world. After retirement, he embarked on another career — researching formerly unknown infectious diseases. His achievements gained him a listing in Who’s Who in America, among other honors. Dr. Harvey was preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Patricia; and by his brother, Thomas E. Jr. Survivors include his wife, Pat Dotson Harvey of San Antonio; a nephew, Thomas Elijah Harvey III; an aunt, Mary Alice Harvey of Liberty; and numerous cousins. Memorial donations may be made to the Cordelia Williams Harvey Scholarship Fund, Copiah-Lincoln Foundation, P.O. Box 649, Wesson, MS 39191, or to the charity of the donor’s choice. |

| I am really REALLY sad as he was the one who saved me and enabled me to stay walking. I want to cry he really knew his stuff. I am also upset as he was chairman of the Morgellons research foundation and was anmd had DNA sequenced this stuff Morgellons. My first visit I had a 2 hour exam and for an hour after that I got to sit with him and ask him anything. He was such a GOOD man.I feel SO alone. This is the second chair of the MRF to die. The chair before Charles E. Holman I talked to via email about a month before he died of a massive heart attack this SUCKS. (LC) Last edited by ladycolorado; May 11th, 2011 at 09:44 PM. |

| Hey Sammy. Thanks for the kind words. When I was first sick my right knee swelled. I also had peripheral neuropathy and my hands and feet swelled. My shoe size back then had gone from an 8 and a half to a size 10 and a half and almost had to cut my wedding band off. If you can tolerate it I use organic cayenne pepper on my food it is an excellent anti inflammitory. So is aspirin as long as you have no stomach issues. Cherry juice is also good for inflammation and is the tastiest of all. Harvey had an article in the Washinton Post article talking about Morgellons. He had DNA sequenced several species of mutant nematodes some which had not even been named yet. This is it: Figments of the Imagination? . Harvey had been confined to a wheelchair himself and the treatment I recieved he had used on himself, his wife and others to get them walking again. Nothing is better than a pissed off doctor please excuse my terminology. Also this article talks of how Dr. Martz was saved from being confined to a wheelchair by Dr. Harvey in Colorado Springs where I lived when diagnosed with Morgellons, Lyme, Babesoisis, the late statges of parasitic and infectious diseases, CFS, Fibromayalgia and Vasculitus. Here is the article about Dr. William T. Harvey saving Dr. Martz: Lyme in Colorado » Dr. Marzt mis-diagnosed,finally tested positive for Lyme in Colorado Springs. He is now President-elect of ILADS(Lyme Literate Doctors) . (LC) Last edited by ladycolorado; May 12th, 2011 at 10:52 AM. |

| Requiescat in pace Dr. Harvey. Thank you for your ground breaking work on Morgellons syndrome which hopefully will be continued by someone as intelligent and caring as you were towards the sick during your entire adult life. I know God has welcomed you home as his good and faithful servant.

Harvey had also talked about C. Pnemoniae and how it can harm immune system survellliance and enable people to get diseases. Most people have had it it is also called walking pneumonia. It is also linked to heart attacks. Harvey said it was an underlying cause for many incurable diseases. I almost got into a vaccine trial for C. Pneumoniae. People with Morgellons were cured within 7 days getting this vaccine. I hope someone develops a vaccine for it. I know most people think vaccines are evil but not always. The mutiple batch ones have the harful additives not so much the single dose ones. I could live with one shot to get well couldn't you? (LC) Last edited by ladycolorado; May 12th, 2011 at 01:10 PM. |

| Hi LC I believe Harvey can still hear you and he knows you're thinking of him. I'm so sorry that he passed away too. He was a tireless researcher and the heart of the foundation and when he got ill the foundation suffered. I hope they have each other to help with the grief and I hope his wife's ok. Harvey really will be missed. I'm sorry to hear about Gator too. I don't think she could blame you for not answering the phone. Quote:
