Default I need advice about my home, car and children

Okay. As most of you know, I've been doing so much better since I started the Dr. H protocol which my NP/therapist followed about 2 weeks ago. I have truly improved more than words can describe. I am not complaining, but....

1. My home has been ripped apart in the past 3+ months and every major appliance went and I want to protect my new appliances. Each day, I still see little black specs (not just dirt) in places where they should not be (freezer, crisper drawer, washer, edge of dishwasher, etc.) I am thinking that my A/C vents and behind the sheet rock could be an issue. Does anyone have any suggestions? My phone and electric outlets have been giving me trouble for awhile. I don't want to get paranoid, but I am wondering if anyone has experience with this.

2. MY car has black specs and sesame seeds every few days. I have cleaned more in 3 months than in 10 years. Believe it or not, it is affecting the paint job. It was a mint car previously (2002 silver Honda Civic) and I am just about to make my last payment. Any ideas.

3. My children are starting to shed hair and black specs daily. My 6 y/o is always hungry and tired. They have both been more tearful and have slow to hear and unhealing bumps and buises. I am doing topical and bathing. We went to the beach 2 days in a row. They are still happyish, but I am truly concerned.

4. My relatives were here from NY and my aunt has terminal cancer. Do you think I (we)am (are) a threat to her? My uncle was scratching his elbow and had a bump. He started to get allergies today. Please advise. They are good people and I told her about everything and she was not concerned.

When I sprayed eco vie on me today, little black specs/lines and some white stuff came out of my face. I also have some new cuts and bumps. I painted and cleaned, but didn't have any issues during the process. I just don't know how long this will continue. I am unnerved by setbacks.

Thanks in advance.

Melissa

Hi Melissa,
There are others much more experienced at this than me, but I can tell you a few things that have helped. The cleaning is very time consuming and some of what I do may be impossible for you to do with your family But - In addition to spraying eco-vie and a solution of citric acid powder and water - I immediately put all of my dirty clothes (worn only once) and my clean clothes in plastic garbage bags. I use sheets only once. Soak launry for up to 2 hrs in eco-vie, then wash with citric acid powder and arm and hammer baking soda detergent. Then I wash again with borax and A&H detergent. I bagged up most knock-knacks etc and put them away. Only essentials are left out to leave the area clear for heavy spraying. I take my clothes off in the bathroom, or bath tub, this is also the only place I brush my hair. I limit where I spend most of my time to areas that are easier to spray. I flush my hair and scalp regularly with eco-vie in a garden variety spray bottle.

I think the sesame seeds are a re-infective element and get rid of them ASAP when I see them - bagged up and to the trash. Mentioned them at my appointment yesterday, said they'd looked at them, but do not know what they are.

Is there someone who can help you with cleaning and laundry?

Melissa,
One more thought. The fun thing about using eco-vie is that I can make a mess with it in the house and it is OK! Can you make some kind of a fun game with your kids in the house? Spraying each other and everything else?

Also, I find my feet are a problem. It helps to wash and dry them more that once a day. Hope this helps!

hummingbird...I have asked this elsewhere and haven't got any responses...I see that you can buy citric acid powder online (saw it in treatment steps)but haven't done so because Eco-vie worked so well for me...but is that the only way that you can buy it? Is there anywhere locally to get it? And by the way, what is is used for? I didn't know whether to look in grocery sections or pharmacy or hardware sections...when I think of citric acid, I am thinking of stuff like Fruit Fresh, and I don't ever buy that, I always used lemon juice which worked just as well...but tried lemon juice in laundry and it did nothing for fibers....Kentucky haze
