Is there any other disease that produces fibers?

Hi, I am still not completely convinced I have Morgellons but I'm almost there, like 95% sure. Is there any other kind of skin problem or disease that anyone knows of that makes stuff come out of the skin?

Here's what I've got. At first, it was black dots that looked like black pepper flakes I'd find in my bed sheets (coming out of me I guess?). This went on for over a year until I got smart and heavily layered DE on the sheets. On one occasion I witnessed what looked like a small black hair disappear into my arm when I tried to grab at it. I have fibers coming out of my hands. They are blueish to black and show up on my computer mouse every day. They bite. I don't have open sores or anything like that but I do get nasty rashes and little red bumps pop up in places that aren't smothered in one thing or the other. This thing I have prefers to hang around my face and in my nose and around my eyes more than anywhere else which is how I ruled out Scabies.

YES,

You do not have to have any of the symptoms and still have this, the fibers, I have never heard of another fiber disease.

The funny thing is the great learned doctors that do not have microscopes or can not take 100 dollars and invest in a digital scope can not tell that you have this, talk about fools.

You are not the first person that has grabbed for that black hair that disapears, this is the item that I think stabs people while having sex, some would think me crazy, but those aware enough to realize they were stabbed during intimate contact and those that have seen this thing slip in and out of the flesh know it as more than possible.

Still there are also those among us that think you can not get this from having sex or transfer of fluid, maybe they just have to think that, and thats ok if it makes them feel better.

I have had black specks, along with black and blue fibers that come out of the skin. Turns out that my problem was cladosporium mold. My immune system sunk and I had mold living in my showerhead. It infected my skin from head to toe. When I was REALLY sick, my body could not fight off the mold and it grew uncontrollably, causing pain and stinging sensations. Cladosporium has been known to grow in chains, which makes them appear sometimes to look like fibers.
This was not my only problem, but those black/blue fibers were related to mold in my case.

if you do not have any issues would you say you are cured.

I can not say that the fibers are not mold or fungus but if we all have this form of mold then why can't they put their finger on it, I know most doctors are stupid.

Hey GiGi what tests did you take to confirm positive cladosporium.

I will look it up.

I do know that the fibers start to form almost instantly when the yellow fluid is present.

If you should get a lesion and it leaks put this under a microscope it takes no time at all to start and if you wait a WHILE you will even see how the fibers form as they can and will form off the body. there needs to be no blood present for this to happen.

Matter of fact, that could possibly be a task to perform, wide angle video of the formation of fibers, it would be nice to get a blue, red or purple one to show the contrast in the amber colored fluid.

I know there are other types of fibers associated with this disease that would not be identified or classified as mold! I was just trying to say that some fiber-like material could be mold/fungal. I read that some types of bacteria can produce fibers. I see the floating fibers in my home. Who knows what that is?

I bought a home mold test kit from Home Depot and put my black speck/black fiber material in there that I got out of my skin. I sent it to the lab in the instructions and paid I think 30$. The analysis found 2 types of yeasts and the cladosporium mold.

I never got lesions, so what fibers form in lesions I'm not sure about.

As far as my current issues. My skin issues are gone. The larva and bugs are gone. I am no longer putting products on my skin. I am no longer worried about getting re-infected or getting sick again. My immune system is much healthier. I do have some residual remnants of mold in the skin that can come out when I apply a moisturizer, though most of the time, I see nothing. I can eat loads of sugar without detrimental affect. Although I am trying to cut this out so I will just feel better and be able to maintain my weight.

I am left with leaky gut syndrome as a result of all of the infections I've had in my gut. As a result, I am intolerant to a lot of foods, so I'm trying to heal this. I found a good doc, and she has helped address many of the nutrient deficiencies which was likely contributing to immune suppression. B12 and iron deficiency were the worst. My metal tests say I am still high in lead, but my doc says in time, with the right mineral supplementation, that will continue to go down.

Right now, we are tackling my thyroid. I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Did you know that the thyroid plays a big role with the immune system? I just upped my thyroid dose a few weeks ago, and much of the black mold remnants were purged from my skin at this time.
I feel my thyroid has been suppressed for much of my life and contributed to many of the nutrient deficiencies and other problems I've had.

Cured? It is possible to be cured from this. It seems that we are not all suffering from the exact same things, so what works for one may not work for another. It will take more time for me. If I could get my thyroid up to par and my leaky gut healed, I think this is what I have left to do. My doc says to expect a month of healing for every year you are sick, and for many, we've been sick in some form or fashion since we were very young. So, considering this, I'm making great progress.

GiGi I am so glad your skin is better that alone makes the heart grow fond of life again.

We all have the same VECTOR disease the unusual symptoms that we may or may not have in unison but at some point will develope most.

it seems that this disease is responsable for super advanced aging.


Eyes, hearing, glands, skin,and organ destruction abound.

Our home tested posititive for both Cladosporium and Aspergillus Niger. I get the same colored fibers and black specs along with longer clear fibers. I also have the insect attraction issue on and off.

Interesting about the thyroid causing a purge.

When things were REALLY bad, I had major insect issues. They were only after the mold in my skin - collembola and gnats mostly. also the weird larva-shaped things. My doc scoped it and wouldn't let me look (she thought I would be freaked out), but she said it was clearly some type of mite with antenna and legs.

I, too, was surprised that the increase in thyroid hormones caused a purge! There's got to be a link there with the immune system.

Make sure your showerheads are free from mold. This is partly how my nightmare got started.

Ya I switch out shower heads every 3 to 6 months. I wonder if our hot water recirculating system could be the problem or maybe the old water heater itself. We have city water so not a well problem. We also have some issues with the house itself. I think I will improve once out of here. I have also read that mold is a thyroid disruptor itself so you have to wonder which came first? The low thyroid or the mold? I am more allergic to everything now. My neck and face could be used as a mold detector at this point. I told my husband when we start looking at places to move he needs to keep an eye on my neck and face for mold allergy reactions.
