Default How do you feel when you first wake up

Every single day I wake up as if I have a hangover from the night before. Anyone else go thru this?

It takes me 2-3 hours before I can do anything. I feel as if I was out in the bars till closing. This is every morning.

Plus, during these 2-3 hours I am so cold to the bones I have to sit next to my space heater which is heat radiated by heated oil. No fan blowers for me. I amso cold my clothes hurt me.

every morning when I wake up I stay next to the window and look up to the sun...... then I close my eyes allowing the sun to penetrate and I see reflection in the form of Cross u know those 2 lines that cross each other,,,,and the longer u look the more u see.... lines r extending and shortening as in playing out,,, and two colours that I see as well ........... blue and purple... then I let those colours unto me ...... when that happens I feel dizzy for second...and feels as in huge flash that blinds me......but the colours and the shape of the cross r real....... I look out for it every day,...... I like it so much.....

Default A tip for you cold ones

Here is a tip for the cold to the bone people, one, put some new cloths in the dryer, old worn cloths are wet from your body,

Get out your hair dryer and blow under your cloths.

Get a set of battery operated heat socks!

Take a real hot shower.

Get a electric blanket, they work wonders for the COLD TO THE BONE BUNCH

Default Today

Today I'm discouraged, I've been having heavey duty neuro. symptoms that pretty much keep me in bed, balance and dizzyness, feeling of fainting when I try to do housework. I am facing three days of dishes, thats enough to give you palpatations. I understand how it feels to be everyday like a hangover. A tumor on hand came back, just a dot, but the sucker was a good inch across underneath, I'm back to careing for it twice daily. I wish I would have known it was setting up shop again, I'm back to square one.

Some days can be diamonds, and everything is grand...But then there are these times we just have to muddle through. I dont feel like a marathon, matter of fact I've missplaced my track shoes. Now to the dishes ugh!!!

I still love to sleep late. I have never been a morning person... and I still procrastinate (a lot).

BO, I mentioned an electric blanket to another member here tonight but this person said it made the symptoms worse?

But when I was sick with "M" the symptoms (biting & crawling sensations, black flecks & glitter, etc.) kicked in during the night when I was going to sleep, not in the morning when I woke up.

itwl,
~jonsi

Default I like mornings

Mornings are my best time. The earliest I ever feel crawly is 10 or 11am, and that only happens if I'm at the office. On weekends and days off it doesn't usually hit until mid-to-late afternoon. Some days, like yesterday, I have no symptoms at all except for Magic Moving Hairs.

Default I have had all the symptoms and now I have nearly none

I have had all symptoms except a few and you know, most of the times they went wild I felt they did it because somthing was harming them, so far so good in my thinking.

I have used dam near everything, and dug in the dirt, crawled under houses, messed with fixing sewer, breathed in nastiola from rats and every other sort of bug and animal that lives in a 75 year old house attic, swam in the ocean with its billions of living organisms per square inch, cleaned out mildew and fungus cover items where leaks have occured, ate raw oysters, and just plain did not give no never mind to anything that was going to REINFECT ME, fact of the matter is, I am infected already, LOL.

Jonsi I do not think a heated blanket will do you in, BUT maybe it may make them a little excited, they are used to a certain temperature and that temperature is not internal temps, but skin temp, maybe they just do not get along with changes so well.

Default Exhausted in AM

I am always exhausted in the AM... but I have to get up at 6:30AM everyday.

When I can sleep in the AM, I sleep like a rock... after two years of sleeping with the jumpies... it's a blessing.

I have a far infrared heating pad that I sleep on every night.....
LOVE IT! My sleep has improved... I also take magnesium and zinc every day along with my other regimen of Vities and supplements.

Heat therapy, light therapy are GOOD THINGS!
