Default Pics of my face and rust colored stuff

Well this is the 3rd or 4th time I have awakened to this on my face/scalp.

I am attaching these pictures which show this as well as the disfigurement this disease causes.

If you are new here, click on the picture to get a bigger picture.

Oh sweetie, . . . .I am sooooooo sorry......... I can see the channels in your chin. I have channels on my forehead....that's how I know its not gone.

What do you do for that?

It amazes me that with all this external. . . and disfiguration, that the medical community can still deny this!

Love you posey,
kc

Oh Posey, I'm so sorry. Thought you were doing better after that protocol? Did you get this rash after the antibiotics? I'm wondering, because some types of antibiotics and other meds can also cause skin irritation and rashes.

http://www.pharmpress.com/files/docs/ADRe2Ch05.pdf

Lupus erythematosus can also be trigged through drugs. A few days ago I was looking at lupus, since that AMA article reported about that woman who had a history of lupus and made me wonder, if we show similar reactions.

What are you using on your skin? Is it the urea 'stuff' you ordered recently? Personally, I'm not very fond of it, it made the skin on my hands turn red and itchy. Perhaps you're showing sensitivity to it? It might be advisable to consult your doctor (who set up the protocol) about this too, Posey.

Hopefully, you'll find something that works best for you. Have you tried silver ointment yet?

Kat

Hi Posey,

Thank you for sharing your photos. I wonder the same as Kat, whether the rash part is due to an application of something??

When the area calms down, it may be worth massaging DMSO on your jaw line (skin test first), as it may draw out all the white 'plugs' that could be causing the swelling.

Jo xx

I don't believe it is the urea. I have had this happen before and it was patches on my scalp and face.

It washes right off. I wanted to go see my PCP nurse and show her but I had too much wash to do. Besides, I would probably be looked at as if I put this on myself.

It resembles the color of cinnamon and I have been putting some on my cereal lately. Could cinnamon come though the skin like this? Like I said, it washes off real easy.

I need to keep a daily diary. I am awful at it.

For 3 days before this happened again, my left leg was swollen and calf extremely painful.

I don't get it.

Janedoe, I looked at your pics. Wow! My leg wasn't that swollen and I have yet to have the sores. Like I said, as of yet. However, I do get tiny red pencil dot spots all over.

Posey I don,t know about cinnamon but I was recently on a three month reign of garlic pills. All the info I read said that since it disolves in the gut you will not smell like garlic. Bull! I sweat sometimes at the back of my neck at night while sleeping. After being on garlic for just two weeks I would wake up and smell the garlic coming out. And also could smell it before going to bed if the pillow case had not been washed. No one said anything to me but they would have had to detect the odor of garlic when I came arround. My guess is what goes in has to come out, even the skin but at what concentrations I can,t even start to say.

Jane I saw the photos, thanks for sharing them. For someone to have it so bad you sure don,t complain very much. You,re a brave gal indeed. Your photos and indurance make me feel like a whimp. My feelings and best wishes of healing reaches out to you both Posey and Jane. Thank you both for the photos.

Default Orange stain

This is interesting. Thanks for posting it, Posey. I've had an orange "stain" twice for some unknown reason. Both times it was on the palms of my hands within hours after I had absentmindedly scratched small nodules that had formed at the base of fingers. I didn't know they were there until I scratched them. The stain went up the back of my finger and across the area I'd scratched. It did not wash off, lasted for days. If I'd had any pain, I might have thought I had blood poisoning or something. Eventually it went away.
The nodules never did anything and are going away. Only one is noticeably visible now.

Hi Posey,

By chance did you happen to use iodine at all when this happens? I had something very similar happen to my hands when I used white iodine and it was on my hands and I went to help my daughter highlight her hair. Before I started my hands looked normal color. Well there must have been a chemical reaction between the white iodine and what we were using to lighten her hair. My hands turned orange. I could be completely wrong but wonder if it was some type of a chemical interaction between two topical things you may have been using. Sorry you are still suffering. I have the lose lines too on my face too.
