ok, now the second one is for blood, and it says
''1 CBC

Default Hi Jane

cbc

Complete Blood Count: The Test

Comprehensive Metabolic panel

Comprehensive Metabolic Panel

TSH

TSH: The Test

Those are not out of the ordinary test to run. The fact he is checking your thyroid is a good thing because it has so much to do with our immune system.

Were those results of a chest xray or to rule out something?

to ruleout stuff, i think.. my neck has been really swollen for a while now, but im not coughing, lungs clear , i told him to test me for staph, because lately thats what it looks like, that would explain a lot about how i got it, etc.not that i WANT staph, mind you, but i do want to know what i got, good or bad.
he said im a confusing case, i dont look like anything hes seen before, the fact that ive had this so long now and havent had to goto hospitol, i seem totally healthy. except my skin, and the lack of energy. its weird also because im not losing weight, as most do, apperently.after a year, i should have healed up or been dead...
im thinking 'ill take door numkber three please''
he is the best dermatologist in santa maria, dr. moats, he usually has women come in for botox and stuff, he developed some thing that makes you look younger, and it trips him out im 43 and havent asked for the anti aging stuff because i look in my 30s...
well, not laelty, i look like a damn monster...
thanks cyn

What part of your neck is swollen? Near the lymph glands on the sides or near the front by your throat?

Well you are lucky he is taking interest in trying to figure it out.

Smile What does this mean

Jane, since you said you want to know everything in minute detail before you do something, what about doing your own research or simply asking the doctor or his nurse. That way you would know exactly what they are talking about and wouldn't have to wonder about it?

Default lesion care

I have had to heal many lesions. My photo albums shows one i was healing up a huge one on my right arm.

My old doctor suggested this cream and it is a lifesaver. SSD cream which can be gotten here or elsewhere:
Amazon.com: Thermazene 1% Silver Sulfadiazine... Amazon.com: Thermazene 1% Silver Sulfadiazine... .

It is a common cream for burns but it heals infections and also kills fungus. Great stuff a little silver and sulphur in it like 1 percent.

Antiseptic Povodone iodine:
Buy CVS Povidone-Iodine 10% Solution online at CVS.com

You also want to pick up some cheap non latex bandadis they stick the best. Serilize any Qtips in wintergreen alcohol.

Make sure you do not double dip into jar or go from lesion to lesion to prevent contamination of the cream and to also keep from cross infecting wounds. Use a new wintergreen dipped Qtip each time.

First wash the wound then apply povodone iodine. Then use just enough cream to fill the indentation of the lesion with SDD cream. This cream will loosen up the hard crust without prying or pulling.

Then cover in non latex bandaid redress 3-4 times daily. Weeping of lesions can be stopped with one of these styptic pencil for shaving cuts:
Pinaud*Clubman Styptic Pencil | Walgreens .

Small lesions on face can be cleaned and sealed with the pencil and superglue was invented as a surgical adhesive. I would not recommend it for large or deep lesions as it can burn.

Jane ,Feel free to ask away. I know that someone suffering from Morgellons doesn't feel up to researching stuff.
I find it easier to ask here too.

gator, i have been doing my own research, thats why im here, for one.. hehe. but im very lucky to havea doc that has an excelent reputation, and he is very good, but hes a human like the rest of us, im not his one and only patient, i am putting a lot of trust in him because its my best bet right now.he does listen, he does do things for me like, two visits ago, i brought him 2 buggys .( scotch tape of bug that was on my car.the other in the den) and he didnt dismiss me ( im sure he already thinks im nuts but he hasnt sent me to the loony bin yet) he sent the bugs to the health dept here in town and came back , it was funny, he was all happy when i came back for results, he says ' they really were bugs!! i thought only one was, but they really were bugs'..one was a kind of spider, one a kind of wasp.but so small you can barley see them.
now, even though ive been thinking my thing was bugs, im not rulling anything out, my mind is open because i want to be better, i dont care what the label is, if its mental, fine, give me meds,if its bugs, give me pest control, dont care the name, just fix it!!
he has been voted best/favorite skin doctor in 3 countys, haha, it was a few months before i could even get an appt, because im on medical, i pay cash but usual visit is $65 and he perscribes meds that are on medical.i think hes my best bet as far as doctors, especially hearing everybodys story here, i can understand why the most of you hate doctors, i would too if they treated me like that, so thats why im sticking with him.i do my own research, but he has the medical doctor knowledge...
hehe, i know me, if one of the doctors you guys saw treated me like that, id probably knock them out.
and thanks carla,kat,ladycolorodo and cyn.

If you have a good doctor who is helping you stick with him. Worth its weight in gold. Many derms hostile regarding Morgellons Disease good to know one out there who is not. Just have him treat you as he is doing based on symptoms.
